No need to be sheepish!

Ai was sitting at the bar in the Mini Minos House. Run by Di Niushi, or at least she called him Di Niushi, it was a very nice place and it exclusively attended to Herbivores and Vegetarians. Though with Di Niushi he thought Ai was good for his business after he had learned some time ago that she was an Aspect of the Chinese Zodiac. And that if he let her eat here he would get more business by her rubbing luck off in the shop.

So it was one of these days where Ai was eating her Grazer Spacial. Different kinds of hay and edible grass were on a platter in front of her with another holding some small tortillas that were still slightly warm. It was while she was eating her food that she heard something behind her. Turning to look at the shop entrance from where she was sitting she saw two very small, though just slightly smaller then her, people. They also had odd skin color and very big ears. Though she guessed she shouldn't judge since she was wearing a thick white wool turtle neck with the school symbol on it, and a skirt just short of her knees in a light grey. And there were several other people in here that might even look more strange to the passive observer. Ai could only guess the reason she thought they might look odd was they weren't part of the usual crowd that came to Di Niushi's store.

Ai took a few more grazing bites of her food as she watched these two...people? Came into the restaurant. She couldn't hear waht they were saying over the buzz of the crowd. It was a very surprising thing to see one of them look directly at her. Being embarrassed for staring Ai turned away and focused wholly on her food. Though she let out a soft meep of sound when she felt a hand brushing gently against her curly hair. The contact made Ai blush even more furiously, she even put her hands up to her cheeks.

Though eventually there was someone that was talking to the person essentially caressing her hair. Even then the residual fact that someone had petted her hair was making Ai blush still. But that same someone who had stopped the touching of her hair hopped into the stool next to her and asked what Ai was eating. "I-its...i-its the g-Grazer Sp-Special..." Ai's stutter was quiet and more a whisper. She figgited and rubbed her hands together worried. She didn't like the sudden company, she was shy and introverted most of the time.

When the one sitting next to her said her food looked pretty good she was about to say that she should order some. But when this same person began to speak again Ai saw the sharp pointed teeth of a carnivore. Or at least an omnivore that leaned more towards carnivore. "W-well... um I think... you m-might like the bean and mushroom burgers that Di Niushi makes. I... I've heard it is a-any way... i.... I can't eat the beans..."

When the other twin sat on the other side of Ai and said she... so though they were female, said they were sorry it made her blush a little harder. "I-i-its o-okay... I just n-never had someone d-do that before." It was certainly a first to have someone pet her hair like that.

Ai was still blushing while the one on her right ordered the burgers, The one on her left was trying to say something, Ai thought their name might have been Cheeto. However it seemed their... sibling? Seemed to finish their thought. As soon as she heard that Cheeto felt depressed or stressed Ai stopped blushing and looked worried. She whipped around to look at Cheeto. "Oh no! Why are you sad?! Can I help make you happy! I know for a fact that Di Niushi's cooking helps me!"

In fact as the large Minotaur moved by she raised her hand and caught his attention. "How can I assist my little good luck charm?" His deep voice was really comforting to Ai when he spoke.

Giving a beaming smile she motioned to the two girls sitting next to her. "Is it alright if I can extend my tab to these two?" Ai then placed a hand on Cheeto's shoulder. "She's not having the best day and needs something to help cheer her up!" This little sheep girl who had been so shy and small a moment ago was now quite more courageous and confident.

"Why dont I have to! You are having a bad day and us smaller people need to stick together." She turned to Cheeto with a big friendly smile as she felt Dorito and causing her to turn to Dorito. "No need to owe me Di Niushi's food must be shared. Especially if it's to brighten someone's day."

"I'll put them on the tab. I'll be back to get your orders. Take your time." With that the big minotaur walked off into the back area that was a magical green house.

Once the minotaur was away Ai heard the question and she was practically bouncing in her seat at the thought of introducing someone to her friends cooking. Her question forgotten for now. "Yep, but the foods in the cafeteria taste to much like sugar to eat often. So I come here... and Di Niushi thinks I'm a good luck charm for his business and let's me eat for free. It's really kind of him... Do you two go to the academy?"
