Personality Description: An refined gentlemen, that appears to have the best intentions for everyone, but the truth is that he always has an angle on how to take advantage of even people he helps. Treats everyone well, and rarely if ever gets angry. Nearly always has a smile on his face during difficult times, and especially when he is in the process of deceiving people.
He loves to help people, but the help he offers is not all positive and will almost always lead to pain. In general, he tends to be more professional and rarely acts with his emotions which is completely different from Daph, his friend and ally in the Black Wings.
Active Abilities:
Evidence of Deceit-- This ability allow him to summon a mini black hole that can suck in non-living material objects including dead bodies and fake evidence that he prepares, the objects are sent to a pocket dimension where they are kept until he needs them or left there indefinitely. The ability can then place fake evidence that he has prepared ahead of time, but otherwise it is not possible. He may remove such objects to his hand or in front of him whenever he opens up the mini black hole. Nick may take 6 feet by 6 feet of material at a time, and can store a maximum of 20 feet by 20 feet of material. He can use this ability once every hour.
Dark Gate-- Can create a magic gate to a pocket dimension that he and two others can enter, the exit of the pocket dimension can be made to appear anywhere on Manta Carlos Island after entering. he may remain in that pocket dimension for up to an hour before forcefully being ejected. Can only be done twice a day due to the high magic cost.
Passive Abilities:
Deceiver-- His vocal lies and deceptions that he explains using words can't be read by anyone using abilities, and his lies are thought as plausable even if they are not. You may realize later, but you would count that as your mistake instead of suspecting him. Does not effect people that have evidence or already knows the truth that he is lying because that is not using an ability to figure it out.
Untraceable-- He does not leave traces of himself when he moves, due to the nature of his existence. He does not leave tracks, fingerprints, scents, and passerbys that briefly see him in passing soon forget him but not if they are actively looking for him. Additionally, he can't be located using abilities used to find him that don't rely on sight, but is perfectly visible in plain view for those with good eyesight.
Magic Gunmen-- He is very good at using a gun, and each shot fired from it does high magic damage instead of physical damage. The bullets are like magic missiles that deal damage using force.
Black Dragon Revival-- If Nick loses consciousness, he regains consciousness for thirty seconds and can act normally before lapsing back into unconsciousness. He is immune to further harm for the duration, but still suffers the effects of whatever caused the injury once the thirty seconds are up. Can only be activated once every twenty-four hours.
Black Dragon Mirror-- All regular damage that is inflicted on him will instantly be applied to the attacker and Nick will take half of the normal damage, for example, if he is punched in the face, the person that punched him will take damage in the same spot on his face. Magic damage is simply does half damage to him instead, this is negated when his weaknesses take effect.
Weaknesses:
Weak against Light magic-- Light magic cuts through his defenses with ease, doing huge amounts of damage to him and is not blocked by Black Dragon Mirror.
Weak against Water magic-- Water magic cuts through his defenses with ease, doing huge amounts of damage to him and is not blocked by Black Dragon Mirror.
Weakened in direct sunlight-- In direct sunlight he feels dizzy, and his eyesight gets blurry; his durability decreases more and more the longer he stays in the sun until his body is only that of an old man. It will take about two minutes to fully weaken at which time he loses his Black Dragon Mirror ability until he gets out of the sun.
Magic Tool: Awakening Bracelet-- Nick Miller can't use any of his abilities unless he has the Awakening Bracelet on and equiped to his person. It would take a minute of actively trying to remove the bracelet to get it off and is impossible to break. It was made by Daph using her strange unexplained powers.

Biography: Once a normal man named Nick Miller that lived in Canada in 2002, he never once knew anything exciting, by complete chance he ran into a woman that would later be known as Daph and she saw something in him that he did not. She claimed that he had a power inside him that was broken, incomplete and he will die without ever being able to use it. Her sales pitch was quite obvious but he still listened, and followed her around the country as she prepared to go to a place he never heard of called Manta Carlos Island.
Daph told him that he could go if his power became a real thing, it was then that her real intentions became known, she claimed that everyone has a deep well of potential to be something greater and Basil was one of those that could be unlocked. She brandished a bracelet known by her as the Awakening Bracelet, a test product that will bring his abilities to light.
Without hesitation he put the bracelet on and from that point on he was a different man, the dragon blood that was barely present in his body was fixed by the magic tool and made into a real source of power. It was made clear to him that the magic tool was the only reason he could even use the black dragon powers, without it he would revert to being a weak human.
It was at this point they also met Tomas, who became Daph's lover for a good while, during this point they conceived the idea to make a secret criminal group known as The Black Wings, that would work towards the goals of all three. Using Tomas's connection they sent resources ahead of them to prepare for full creation of the group, but Tomas decided to stay only as a silent criminal partner and did not become a part of the Black Wings to protect himself just in case.
Over the next few years, Nick traveled to Manta Carlos where he became a police officer than a police detective some time after using his abilities to get far. It was these years where he used his connections with the police to form the first part of the Black Wings, an illegal group which goal was only known by him and Daph, the second leader. During this time he gained influence in the criminal underground, used the resources he brought over to build the Black Wings in its current form.
After getting the group up and running he took a lot of leaves of absence from the police for the next 7 years(citing family problems for the reason), at which he became Basil nearly full time every LoA, until a girl named Zoraida Del Bosque, the sister of his benofactor, started causing him problems forcing him to come back out as Nick Miller, Police Detective, once more to repair some of the damage.
Resources: Is one of the two leaders of The Black Wings, as a result is able to give orders to the other members. Had a base in the warehouse(Seized by Police), has a second base in &*(& *&(#$$%^ %^*#@@%. He also carries a black Umbrella to block sunlight from hitting him during the day, A 6 barrel Revolver.
