Plot Developments
The party begins with the grand doors to the Versailles Ballroom being opened to the public.
Handel's Water Music Suite No. 2 played by a live orchestra immediately greets your ears in a grand entrance. Lady Helena and her staff greet you for, what she says, was going to be the biggest party in both 2016
and 2017.
The most important guests are allowed in first. Those with money and power, those respected members of the government and school faculty. Afterwards, everyone is free to come inside the Ballroom or socialize out in the gardens... after they're frisked to check if they have weapons, of course. While open to the public, the dress code is strictly formal.
The Ballroom is a magnificent room, with high marble columns and large chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The lovely arcs and curtains exhibit famous paintings and artifacts from all over the world. To the side is all sorts of beverages, alcohol or otherwise, and finger foods. There's a buffet table with heavier meals to those that want. The nicely dressed staff are doing rounds and making sure no one is ever without anything in hand.
The gardens, while devoid of plantlife save for the lovely silhouettes of the trees, exhibit lovely fairy lights and ice sculptures instead. It is not overly cold out, a pleasant chill instead of numbing frost. There is an elaborate maze for people to play with or retreat to.
Of course, a little away from the Ballroom and the gardens is the lovely Versailles estate. It is currently locked away from the public, but staff are allowed to come in and out to fetch the food.

- Sophia Campbell came in, threw a fit, and got drunk.
- A shady looking man did something next to the ballroom.
- Someone pushed Sophia into a picture, making her rip it up. Victor rewound time to help her fix it.
- A sudden wave. Everyone's magic got nulled for a few seconds.
- Lady Helena Campbell unveiled her red diamonds to the room, making her the richest person in the world. The lights came out. A giant barrier is erected in the place. All powers are null and forced people into human shapes. A pack of thugs in wolf masks with heavy guns broke in. They said that if everyone found Helena, they could live. Kenrick is shot.
- Corinth brings all the sick people to the infirmary.
- Helena is gone, along with the Head Butler and Catherine.
- Elliot, Helena's son, is captured by the thugs. Victor is shot.
- Felix and Angelo talk in the servant's quarters. Felix says the barrier is erected by runes. If they're going to destroy the runes, however, they need to do them all at the same time.
- Sophia Campbell gets captured. Haru is tied up. Hazeil is shot.
- Corinth and Yura fight with Mook Leader. Felix stops the fight.
- Dorian, Shay, Regis and Mia find a passage in the Study. There's a place leading to the Greenhouse. Gardener gives Dorian a note about all the secret passages he knows.
- Base location is now the mansion! No more plot until Poppy wakes up.
- Felix killed Mook 1 and 5. Mook 1 is now Toby, and Mook 5 is now Felix.
- Malara attacks Mook 4. Felix tackles her to the ground, then tells her it's him. They tell everyone to get on the ground. Big Bad Wolf makes an appearance.
- Toby tells Angelo about Felix and him being the mooks.
- Angelo finds a secret passage in the Ballroom, but it's behind a painting with a numeric lock.
- Fatima gets pissed at the Big Bad Wolf about John dying. Mook Leader sets up the infirmary so it can activate people's regeneration powers, but that's all.
- Dorian tries to talk to the Big Bad Wolf about helping them to no avail. He at least said he had no intent of hurting anyone inside.
- Dorian, Malara, Haru, Regis, and Fatima talk about the wolves' conditions. They want to help them out better, so they look for damning evidence against Helena. They find a safe with a code. Through the fingerprints, they found four numbers. The code is the date she won the court case against the wolves: 6514.
- They open the vault to check her important documents. They find a binder with details about the wolves. They're a bunch of miners at Brazil, and they got Helena as a business partner before she screwed them over. They have a monthly 10k rent, but only through sales on coal and selected gemstones, which she distributes herself. She is not paying them well. Since they couldn't fulfill their monthly quota, she bought off their land. The wolves are currently in MC.
- Saucy gossip: Helena's husband is alive. Turns out Helena married into the Campbell family. She had her butler seduce her husband, then used the evidence to win all his stuff in the divorce. Ashamed, the man left MC, but he has shown interest in taking custody of his daughter.
- Malara tried to watch the evidence for the divorce in the computer, but the webcam turned on when the computer did. The computer exploded and destroyed most of the study. The team put a fire out.
- Campbell's books revealed that she bought the red diamonds as uncut rubies, paid them as such. After that, she bought their land.
- They find out Helena's been buttering up Cathy her entire life so she could marry her off to Elliot. The LaBelles got poorer though, so it was called off.
- Everyone makes the mooks breakfast. Dorian and Angelo talk to the Big Bad Wolf to convince him out of this course of action. BBW seemed hesitant, then left the room.
- Cat finds a gun in Helena's room.
- Dorian, Angelo and Hazel go to the Ballroom. Angelo shows Dorian the locked room. He opens it up with the code they got earlier. They talk to Helena in the saferoom. Helena agrees to talk with the wolves, but at a dinner. She sent the Butler up with them.
- The Butler shows Angelo the security room.
- Dorian talks to the Big Bad about going to dinner with his mooks with Helena. He wants to ensure her safety, but told her to keep on her guard.
- Felix found all the runes. He and Tabby are going to disable them together during the dinner.
- Angelo tells Malara to take care of Helena when the fighting gets thick.
- The Dinner starts. Helena and the wolves talk. The wolves say they just want their property back.
- Felix disables the anti-magic runes while the butler turns on the automated defense system. Chaos! Sophia, Elliot and Cathy all die.
- Angelo tells Regis to fly Helena to the PD. Helena doesn't go quietly. She stabs him on the side with a poison knife and falls into the forest. The wolves run after Helena. Shay calls the cops.
- Felix and Toby go to turn off the security defense system. The Butler gets in the way and dies.
- Angelo convinces the wolves to turn themselves in for the minimum sentence.
- Helena is found dead in the forest.
- Vivian gets the bulk of the red diamonds, while Emmett, Victor, and Matilda take a piece.
