<div align=center>After her nocturnal adventures, attempting to rustle up a night job to feed her particular needs and earn a little money on the side Naamah had returned to the dorms and crashed in her bed, the thrill of running a double life that she was going to have to maintain had been running through her and sleep had been hard to come by, but she had eventually drifted off into the sweet embrace of sleep.

After her morning classes, refreshers and training to fill in the holes caused by her lack of formal education Naamah had been searching through the schools roster of private tutors and teachers aides, after a few quick questions to fellow students she had heard of a young woman known as Haleth, a student and teachers aide for the music department that would surely be right up her alley!

A few more questions and a favor or two later she had dug up the young womans contact information and left her a message asking for her help, the message was fairly short and simple, asking Haleth to meet her in the music classroom in the afternoon if she had the time, if not she would try and meet the teachers aide after class if she was willing to offer her help in training the new students voice!

Even as she awaited Haleth, hoping the young woman would show up Naamah put herself through a few little warm ups, humming short little ditties from the radio. pop songs primarily even though they were not her forte, the tunes were easier for her to memorize simply because she heard them so often!

Even as she waited she swished her hips back and forth with an almost inhuman grace, enjoying the music from the radio and her own accompaniment as she felt the beat fill her and move her as though it were not her own will! She had truly chosen the wrong path, she should have been a dancer! Not training to be a singer.

But this was what she wanted, this was why she had called Haleth and why she waited here in the empty classroom so she could polish a skill that she did not yet have! Her voice was soft, it was sweet, but it was unpolished, if she ever hoped to manipulate mortals with her voice alone she would need the help from those who knew what they were doing!

For the time being the new student was still working on fitting in with the rest of the classes she was attending, Haleth would be treated to the sight of a five foot tall girl, about the age of sixteen swaying, dancing to the music in the classroom, her softly sunkissed skin showing that she definitely enjoyed some time in the sun.

A short little skirt encompassed her hips, not even reaching the middle of her thighs, with every little sway of her hips it threatened to reveal what she wore beneath, but Naamah seemed more than capable of keeping herself on that borderline of decent!

A white blouse covered her petite chest, but Naamah had tied it above her navel so as to show off her toned stomach and navel, but perhaps the most remarkable thing about her was her butt length crimson hair! It had been divided into a pair of long pigtails that swayed back and forth as she waited and danced. a pair of thigh high white stockings covered her legs, disappearing into a pair of almost combat style boots.

But for the time being, all she could do was wait for Haleth to accept her request! And if the teachers aide didn't show up then she could enjoy a little time, relaxing to music and thinking over the plans churning within her mind at all times!</div>

Haleth moved briskly down the hallway, having only just finished instructing a rather incompetent class of violinists. Considering how beautiful the songs a violin could be used to play were, she couldn't help but be severely disappointed in her students. Given the amount of time some of them had been studying, they should easily have been able to play the pieces she'd assigned to them last week.

Rather, their lack of ability to play as directed seemed to be less about ability and more about a lack of desire to practice and learn - in which case, why were they here? It was a waste of everyone's time and efforts when such things came up and she hated it. She loathed it with all her heart and rather wished that the students who didn't care would simply disappear. Although Haleth knew it wasn't becoming of a teaching assistant to feel that way about the people she was meant to help and tutor, she couldn't find it in herself to feel any differently.

She simply wasn't that kind.

Still, at least one student had shown initiative today, even if it wasn't one from any of the classes she taught. Naamah, a student who'd asked for her assistance had requested she meet her in the music classroom. Unfortunately, there were rather a lot of classrooms and Haleth was, at this point, simply moving down the hall until she found her quarry.

It was as she was passing yet another empty classroom that she found the girl. She was singing to herself and dancing to her song. Haleth listened quietly for a moment, not letting on that she was there.

The girl's voice wasn't bad. Unrefined and seriously lacking in any training, but she seemed to understand that singing wasn't simply spewing out words or sounds. The transition from note to note was smooth here, which was what most singers wanted.

Haleth sighed audibly before stepping into the classroom and making her presence known. As she moved, she gathered up her long hair and fastened it in an enormous bun atop her head - and even then, her lengthy hair spilled out from it. Her hair was a soft violet color at the moment, none too painful to look at but likely a bit odd to see.

"Hello," she greeted the girl. "You must be Naamah? Am I pronouncing that right?" She examined the girl's appearance - as she clearly put effort into designing how she expected to be perceived - and offered hand to shake. "I'm Haleth Meluilloth, but you can call me Miss M if that's too hard to pronounce." She smiled easily, her eyes glinting with a hint of mischief. "And if I get to like you enough, maybe you'll just get to call me Haleth."

<div align=center>At the sound of the sigh Naamah knew someone had arrived at last! But she quickly wrapped up her little performance, making her way over to the radio to shut it off so they could speak in peace without the distraction! She grinned as she looked to the woman who she could only assume was Haleth, her sparkling violet eyes examined the other womans hair with a glimmer of sheer delight, Naamah was happy to see that someone here other than her had a thing for long hair!

"You are indeed, It's a pleasure to meet you miss Meluilloth I hope I'm not imposing too much, I heard you were one of the best people to talk to when it came to polishing musical skills! I can't really play anything, but I was hoping to work on my voice, It's an instrument I can never lose after all"

She had almost purred Haleths name in that soft, sweet voice of hers, a matching flicker of mischief in her own eyes as she explained a little about why she had wanted to receive lessons from the tutor. There was more to the story than that, but for the time being Naamah was going to leave it with that little explanation.

She stepped forward, reaching out to take Haleths hand in her own, squeezing it gently with her own warm, soft hand, just a friendly little squeeze of welcome before she stepped aside to allow Haleth to proceed further into the classroom if she wished, or to lead her newest pupil somewhere else.

"I can't wait to begin miss Meluilloth I've always wanted to learn to be more than just some enthusiastic amateur"

And it was good to have such a cute instructor as well! Naamah could feel that odd sweet scent that hung around her increase for just a moment as her pheromones worked to ease Haleths borders, to put her off guard and less on edge around her new student, truth be told Naamah wasn't even really trying, it was a simple biological reaction, as a Succubus it was always best for her if her prey didn't suspect they were being manipulated!</div>

Haleth nodded her acknowledgment. She was pleased by the girl's enthusiasm, but she was curious. Tired of the many students who thought they knew what they were getting into only to give up halfway and walk away, she figured she might as well assess the girl before they actually began. This way, at least, she would know how to handle the teen. She stepped back into the hallway and gestured for Naamah to follow her.

"Why don't we find somewhere else for this?" she suggested. "Personally, I've been inside for way to long today."

And besides, the walk would let them chat a little. She led the girl outside, not to the courtyard, but to a small copse in the back. Some of the other instructors and older students enjoyed their smoke breaks out here, but she was pleased to see that it was quiet today. They'd have it all to themselves.

"So tell me, what got you interested in singing?" she asked, correctly assuming that's what Naamah wanted from her. Singing wasn't really her forte, but she was probably the most practiced in it given that some of her students had pursued it to fame and flash. "Do you just want the one lesson today or would you like to keep going with them?"

Haleth pulled a tiny notebook from her pocket and a pen from her shirt. She flipped to a blank page, ready to record the girl's responses. All the better to organize with, eh? Besides, the more she had down, the easier it would be to get a schedule sorted out.

<div align=center>"Sounds good to me"

Naamah could not help but smile as her tutor for the time being turned to lead the way to a new location, dancing violet eyes studied Haleth as she walked, roving over her back and her butt before continuing down along her legs to her feet, she looked deeper too, examining the flickers of more primal stirrings in Haleth, she was curious as to how hard it would be to play with her new tutor, did her mind linger on thoughts of men or women or was she not biased at all?

These were the thoughts that occupied the mind of the demoness strolling behind the likely unaware human before her, these were the considerations that took priority even before the training of her voice, but as Haleth turned to face her Naamah was brought back to the reason she had called the tutor in the first place.

"I first got interested in music thanks to my father miss Meluilloth, she had such an easy way with her voice and with any instrument, I want to try and learn how to use my voice the way my father uses hers."

Keeping her titles straight were always a nightmare so Naamah didn't even bother any more, if Haleth had questions about how a father could be female she would have to ask them since for the moment Naamah didn't bother to elaborate.

"And I hope I'll be able to continue my lessons for a good long time! Until I'm as good as my father at least or better if I can manage it!"

She had seen her 'father' Lily do amazing things with her voice after all, a simple spoken command could be the most achingly beautiful thing a mortal would ever hear and she had forced humans to their knees with just a single word! If Naamah could ever hope to equal those feats then she would need help.

Haleth's notebook though brought another small smile to her lips and Naamah found her curiosity stirring once again, what other information could be contained within its covers? Were there notes on other students? Could there be information on the personality and powers of those that attended classes with her or had Haleth started a whole new notebook just for her? The itch to peek was just too powerful but for the time being the Succubus reined herself in, she would have to find out later, preferably when Haleth wasn't looking!

Haleth took Namaah's strange words like a champ. She didn't so much as bat a lash. Given what she'd experienced in her brief travels around the world, she imagined it was just another cultural difference. Certainly, she'd seen many - what some people might find acceptable in one country was absolutely wretched in another. It had gotten confusing to begin with, but now she no longer reacted when people brought up strange things. In this case, she assumed Namaah's parents were same-gendered. It wasn't unusual and she wasn't concerned about it. There was, after all nothing wrong with it - certainly the school had no objections if what she'd seen around campus was to be any example.

What did interest her, however, were the suggestions about what her father could do. "Your father?" she echoed, curious. "Won't don't you tell me more about him?"

Her motives for studying song was interesting. Haleth wasn't the best songstress out there, but to be fair, but that was from lack of practice. Who knew? After working through the basics with Namaah and spending the requisite time practicing, perhaps they'd improve together. Still, she wasn't entirely sure what Professor Aurora's specialties were, but surely the professor was doing other things....

Well. It didn't matter. Namaah had asked for her specifically. While she wasn't the best songstress in the world, she'd been told that she was a very good teacher. If nothing else, Namaah would have no complaints about the lessons. Probably. Even teachers always learn new things.

As far as scheduling.... "Certainly. As long as we're able to find good times, we can schedule ahead a few weeks so you can get a feel for singing and see how you like it." Given the way she was speaking, Haleth could only assume that Namaah was in it for the long run.

Having finally trotted to the little clearing she'd intended to get to, she halted and turned to face the girl before finding a seat. "I'd like to chat a bit before we begin," she explained. "I find it's easier to teach students the way students want to be taught when I've talked with them about it before we begin."

<div align=center>As Haleth asked about her father a bright smile spread across Naamah's face, she had been surprised by the lack of curiosity or surprise at having said her father was a female, and she was sorely tempted to try and provoke a reaction from the teachers aide. But for the time being she had to wonder how best to phrase her response.

"How do I describe my father? Her name is Lily, I suppose it's better to call her my sire, rather than my father since father means man, but to put it simply she's the one who got my mother pregnant. She was amazing at using her abilities and she trained me how to use mine, she was just... So much larger than life, she was confident, she was beautiful and she was an amazing person and she used her abilities in ways I never thought of.

I suppose... I should tell you what I can do, I am a Tantric sorceress, I work with energies based on... well desire for lack of a better term, my Sire used her abilities, infusing them into her voice and she could use them to draw crowds of people when she performed as a singer, she could Sing to a single person to draw them out of a crowd, I want to learn how to do that"

She paused then for a moment, watching Haleths reaction, especially as she confirmed the fact that her 'father' Lily had actually impregnated her 'mother' the revelation of her powerset and the skills her 'father' had possessed were likely to also provoke a reaction from Haleth, would she be disgusted, would she be curious or would she simply brush it off.

"But there's more, I've always loved seeing people performing, I've always loved listening to music and I want to learn how to let people enjoy the sound of my own voice, I want to see them enjoying themselves when I perform, maybe a little selfish, but I love music"

The question about scheduling however required a little more thought as they made their way out into the clearing that her tutor had chosen for her first lesson, it was a lot more peaceful, a lot more natural than the classroom and she had to admit she did rather enjoy it, it would have been interesting to see how many other classes could have been held out here.

"I think we can work out something that suits us both Miss Meluilloth, if you let me take a peek at your schedule I'm sure we can find a time that suits us both, I tend to be most free after lunchtime, before that I have to work on core classes."

She joined her tutor on the ground, seating herself across from Haleth and putting on a thoughtful expression, a chat was always a great way to learn about others, although admittedly Naamah enjoyed eavesdropping on conversations more than chatting in person, learning enough about her targets before actually encountering them tended to be her modus operandi, but learning through observation was also a great deal of fun.

"That does sound like a fun idea miss Meluilloth but I'm not quite sure where to start, if there's anything you want to know about me I'm an open book."

She smiled, broadly, Brightly and she leaned back, resting on her elbows so she could keep eye contact with her new tutor, she did enjoy being comfortable after all and if Haleth wanted to have a chat then being comfortable was going to be handy!

"I have to admit though, I'm curious about you too miss Meluilloth, why did you want to become a tutor?"</div>

Haleth's reaction to the revelation was to let it pass. Although it piqued her curiosity that a female had impregnated the girl's mother, it wasn't a professional avenue to pursue. Besides, given what Naamah was saying, there was a high possibility of some sort of supernatural power at play there.

She continued to listen, holding her thoughts until the end.

Certainly, there was a lot there to consider. Naamah professed to being a.... Tantric sorceress. Haleth was puzzled when she thought to the definitions of 'tantric' that she'd learned and how it was essentially an undefined spiritual science. It was when the girl continued, speaking about her sire's siren call and desire that Haleth realized that this was a case wherein the mercurial term was being used to describe - for a lack of better words - sex.

Interesting. Haleth narrowed her eyes as she considered the possibilities. There was a lot of potential here, so she'd have to be careful when she evaluated Naamah's skill. The girl's choice of dress suddenly made a lot more sense. It wasn't that she was promiscuous for the sole purpose of being revealing but because it came naturally to her. What better way to call her prey to her than by taunting it with the treat of potentially willing flesh and a limber body?

It also meant that she'd have to be careful regarding her dealings with this girl. Desire was a dangerous thing - as was the ability to influence another person's mind with song.

While she could understand the use of music as a tool through which some of the other gifted people in the world sought to express their power, she couldn't help but regret the lack of respect in the powerful notes of a song for their own beauty.

Her pang of regret came too quickly - Naamah spoke on about how she'd enjoyed music - still enjoyed it. Haleth smiled, pleased. That, at least, was good. Naamah would sing for the sake of singing as well as to lure in her willing victims. Song for the hunt was well enough but it was singing for the joy of it that gave the best ring.

She was surprised that Naamah found it in herself to ask about Haleth's tutoring. Most people didn't like to ask lest they discover the answer too sharp.

Fortunately for Naamah, the answer in this case wasn't sharp at all. Haleth wasn't one of the tutors that had been forced into it for behavioral reasons or because she had nothing better to do with her time.

"I tutor because I can," she said simply, the smile on her lips growing playful. "We don't often have a lot of students that enjoy music for the sake of music," she went on to explain. "A lot of the students are taking it as an elective - an easy way out, in a sense." The teaching assistant shrugged. "I have to teach plenty of them, but it's not quite as interesting as tutoring someone who wants to learn." Well. Her answer might have come out a bit oddly, but it boiled down to some very simple facts: she tutored because she wanted to teach those who wanted to be taught.

Naamah's earlier suggestion of looking at Haleth's schedule hadn't evaded her notice. She wasn't sure whether the girl was doing it intentionally or not, but she was definitely moving to.... well, for lack of better words... catch Haleth. Trying to learn more about her wasn't an indicator in and of itself, but given the girl's natural behaviors, it was something the curvaceous woman had to be aware of... and prepare for adequately.

"After lunch should be fine," she nodded thoughtfully. Although she doubted Naamah could do anything to her, it was always better to be safe than sorry. "How often would you like to meet?" she asked. "Once a week? Twice?"

Really, she wanted to know just how committed Naamah was to singing. If Naamah was naturally sensual, then Haleth had no doubt she'd be a phenomenal songstress. She'd do everything she could to bring Naamah to that level.

Which, you know, could suck a lot for whoever Naamah used those glorious powers against, but hey, whatever. Haleth was primarily concerned with the girl's vocal capabilities.

<div align=center>"Twice would probably be a good thing miss Meluilloth, I'd say three but I need to take some time to meditate and practice alone so I don't distract people"

Naamah couldn't help but consider it a bit more seriously, she enjoyed learning a bit more about Haleth, the fact that she really was passionate about the subject she tutored brought a broad smile to her lips and the Succubus knew she had chosen well, Haleth was going to be an excellent tutor to help her learn how to project her voice, and it was going to be a lot of fun to see how she reacted as Haleth trained her!

"You won't have to worry about that with me miss Meluilloth, I'm not taking music just because it's an easy way out, not because I want to waste my time, I'm here because I want to learn, and something tells me I picked the best tutor for the job"

She rose into a more comfortable sitting position, crossing her legs beneath herself in a lotus position and gifting Haleth with a bright smile, this was going to be fun, she knew that she had found a game here, she was going to learn how to use her voice, she was going to learn how to perform for others and the Succubus could not help but laugh for a moment before looking up at Haleth.

"Just a thought miss Meluilloth, perhaps we should have one or two lessons in a Karaoke bar or something in town? It wouldn't be as professional maybe, but there are costumes, there are a lot of different songs to practice to and it's generally a more fun environment, classes and practice out here would be fun too, but it's one thing to learn the theory, but practice would be better there than in some boring classroom don't you think?"

Plus of course it was one of the best places to be even if you didn't know how to sing! You could still have fun with it and Naamah tended to have fun with costumes as well! Add to that if it were out of the school grounds then they could always have a drink or two while they were singing, they could enjoy a snack or two during lessons, and of course if she got hungry during her lessons there was surely going to be a club or something not too far away where she could get a different kind of snack!

"I wonder why people do take Elective courses and waste their time miss Meluilloth, I mean... I know what I want to be, I am going to aim for it and I'm going to train for it, I'm always going to shoot for it! But some people, it's like they don't even know what they like, it's like they don't even have interests at all!

How about you Haleth, I know you like teaching people who want to learn, but is that because you want to be a teacher? If you could do anything in the world, anything at all, what would you do?"

The succubus had almost taken a more maudlin turn, her smile had fallen a little, but Naamah was mostly just curious, was it a human thing? Perhaps it was just a teenage thing, but she had seen even so many adults that wandered around as though they had no purpose, no drive, no passion!

And for something like her that was almost inconceivable! She was a creature of passion after all, but the succubus shook her head and smiled giving another little laugh as she shook off the little tangent she had gone on.

"Sorry about that miss Meluilloth, a bit of a weird tangent, I tend to run off at the mouth a little sometimes"

A small blush rose on her cheeks and she looked down at the ground before looking back to the tutor, for just a moment her expression was a little sheepish, but the demoness loved the way she went on odd little twists like this, it was always fun to see how people reacted to the questions that simply seemed to spill out of her mouth without a filter getting in the way!</div>

Twice a week then. That was fine - it was what most reasonable students went for. Three times or more a week was usually left to those who were planning to pursue a career in music. It wasn't common to find those who were quite so consumed by it, though, so twice a week was the average she'd found with her more interested students.

She was amused by Naamah's flattery. While it was sweet of the girl to say as much, it was still flattery all the same. The best tutor would no doubt have been the head of the department. Were it not for the projects the woman got up to, she would have been the optimal instructor, especially given her own talents in vocal training.

At Naamah's suggestion for kareoke, though.... Well. That was something she'd considered a time or two in the past, but kareoke rooms cost money. Of course, given that the island was essentially the property of the school's, perhaps there would be some way to work out a deal...? It was an avenue worth pursuing, especially if Naamah would find it a more interesting place to go.

Maybe she'd take her pupil there for a treat one day. Though the idea was certainly worth noting, Haleth knew the echo of the speakers would be interesting to consider. She wondered if they would serve to amplifying Naamah's voice or damage her song. Most kareoke institutions didn't have the high end speakers and rooms that settled the singer's voice, instead sacrificing quality for volume. "Maybe," she answered the girl. "It's something to consider if our lessons go well."

At the strange turn in conversation, Haleth paused, considering the girl's words. She seemed genuinely curious, if a bit disappointed in the people she'd described.

"There's nothing wrong with being curious." Haleth said, twirling a bit of hair with her finger. She went on to explain the school policy: "It's more common than you'd think. A lot of our students are required to take electives so they'll be better knowledgeable about the things they may encounter in the future. It's to help prevent our students from being ignorant in all things beyond their course of study." Haleth shrugged.

"Of course, there are always students who fall into electives a little more than we'd like, especially those who are undecided." Which, again, was actually fairly common. "Not everyone is fortunate enough to have an understanding of what they want to do in the future," she reminded Naamah. "And there are plenty of students here who come from difficult backgrounds or still have a lot to recover from trauma-wise." Which was true, if a bit disappointing. The outside world didn't quite know how to handle those with their particular.... talents.

"A lot of people haven't experienced or discovered enough to make a choice about what they want to do. And, as always, you have the students that just don't know how to keep moving forward so they stagnate while they look for something they'd like to pursue - some more than others." Admittedly, she frequently wondered what it would be like to know what she wanted to do right away. She had gone on to continue studying music before traveling the world. Though she'd eventually returned to the academy, there were still plenty of opportunities that she could have taken elsewhere.

And then came Naamah's next question. It caused her to pause again. It was true - Haleth did like to teach, but that wasn't necessarily because she was a teacher. It was because she taught on the side while she pursued her own studies. What would she do afterwards? She didn't know that she'd go back to her old haunts in the human world, but perhaps it was worth considering?

It wasn't as though it was hard for her to pack and move.

"Travel," she finally decided. "I would probably travel and tour the world. Although I know a lot about the basics of music, and the theory.... Well, it would be far more interesting to see and hear it in person, don't you think? And not just from one place or another. I would like to visit many cultures and places to experience how they handle their musical traditions."

It was probably fairly plain compared to most people's desires regarding the future, but Haleth was a simple person. If there was anything she had plenty of, it was time.

"What about you, Naamah?" she inquired. "Do you plan to sing professionally, get an agent, a record label - all of those things?"
