"How about lunch?" he asked, getting hungry. Forunately, aside from just think she was pretty, she was also easy to talk to, which was always a huge plus. He put his hands in his pockets, noticing that she had crossed her arms, maybe she knew he tried to hold her hand or something.

Kyako nodded. "Sure." She gave him a side-long glance and studied him for a moment. If he turns into me one more time...He'll be a cream smoothie in 2.4 seconds, she mentally joked. The thought made her grin almost evily.

Note to self: don't turn into Kyako again unless planning on finding own self attractive. he said, making both a mental note and mental joke. "So the cafeteria then, or would you rather me scrounge up some money for a nicer place off campus?" he asked, wondering what she would prefer, simple life. slight advance, or really expensive.

Kyako smiled. "Cafeteria is fine. I like their food." Then grinning, "Well, besides the oatmeal."

God so she's not high strung he thought to himself as they turned anoher corner. he hoped to grab her hand when she finally put her hands down by her side once more, but he would have to wait.

When they got to the cafeteria, Kyako opened the door and stepped in. The line was quite long due to the fact that it was lunchtime. She got in the back of the line and waited.

He had found his chance, he had quickly managed to lace his fingers between hers , smiling at her, hoping she would get that he really did think she was cute and he had started to like her.

Kyako smiled slightly but didn't comment. Instead she just let him hold her hand until they got to the front of the line before she pulled it back. She grabbed a tray, put a plate and some silverware on it and began filling her plate with healthy food.

He grabbed his tray, and filled it with similar things, the most unhealthy thing on his tray being chips, but it was relatively the same. After they both got their food he found a table and asked, "So uh...tell me about yourself." he said, trying to find a good conversation.

Kyako, who had just put a celery stick smeared with peanut butter in her mouth, hurriedly swallowed it before answering. "Like, what exactly?"
