Chloe wasn't used to seeing her TA with a socially acceptable amount of clothing. But she also wasn't used to calling her TA "Ms. Cash" or "Michelle" like just about everyone else at the school did.
No, Chloe knew her as Blue Fire, the stripper who gave Chloe her first lap-dance, and who worked at her father's club. And now Blue was here, at the Academy, teaching Chloe's introductory anthropology class and working on her doctorate.
Chloe desperately wanted not to make it weird. She was careful about calling her "M'zell" or "Ms. Cash" at the school. She didn't know how M'zell felt about keeping those two parts of her life seperate, and they hadn't really had a lot of opportunities to talk about it.
But now they might.
The small room M'zell was using for her office hours was empty today, save for the blue alien herself and, soon, Chloe. None of the other students were showing up for this round of office hours. She waved as she walked in the door, with a nervous "Hi, M'zell," and she sat down across from her at that little rectangular table in the center of the room. She started pulling out her textbook and her notes.
Chloe felt especially motivated to do well in this class, and she couldn't entirely explain why. Was she trying to impress the alien girl? Was she scared Blue would gossip to her dad about any bad grades, or something like that?
