Suddenly the unpleasant smoke of a cigarette wafted into Caitlin's nose, as well as the unpleasant but smooth voice of the smoker, sitting a few feet behind her.
Judas smirked.
"Short isn't it? Life...you'll forget about your losses soon enough, I suppose...In three cigarettes time. Besides, I can see your soul, it shimmers with renewed energy."

Judas smiled at her, putting out the cigarette on one of his sleakly polished shoes.
"Why? What makes this day any different from any other? Besides you'll be reunited with his soul eventually, when your soul returns to the place all souls were created. Death is truly freedom for those who are not damned."

Judas smiled.
"Heaven? You believe in such antiquated trash? No, no my dear. I simply meant that you will return to a paradise, to your creator, where all souls were made. There is no hell or heaven, the creator of souls views all of them equally, sinners or not. Only the damned like me, those without souls, only they will fall into nothingness, going nowhere after death, simply dissapearing."
He chuckled.
"Your soul, despite this tragedy, seems quite beautiful to me. You will walk on."

Simon walked into the clearing. Spotting Judas, he looked quickly to Caitlin to make sure he wasn't harassing her. Walking swiftly over to her, he put his hand on her shoulder and said, 'Hey. How about we get out of here? Want to go for a walk or something?'

"Oh Simon! That would be great." She stood up. "Goodbye Judas. And heaven is not 'antiquated trash'"

Judas smiled.
"It is to those who aren't blind, those who lost their souls and opened their eyes to the truth. You are as ignorant of the truth as a newborn babe."

'Ok.' He said, leaving with her. Glancing back at Judas he raised an eyebrow, then returned to follow Caitlin. I wonder what he did.
