Mother is a Caprisian. This means she has a few key features that make her stand out almost instantly. The first and most noticeable feature is her arms. She has four of them. For her kind, this is entirely normal, and each one is entirely developed and proportional to her body, complete with working hands and 5 fingers on each. She is almost entirely quasi dexterous and shows no favor to any appendage over the other. The second most noticeable thing about her is the pair of red horns protruding from her head. These while appearing to be innate growths are actually organs used to sense bioelectric and electromagnetic fields around her similar to a shark. Aside from the main differences, she looks almost entirely human. With soft pale skin, stunning blue eyes, and long flowing pink hair. While not immediately noticeable, it is worth mentioning that she has rather sharp pointed teeth.

Personality Description:
Mother is, for the most part, a friendly person. She was raised to have compassion for others which would have aided her in becoming a fair ruler of her people. She does have a rather strong mental constitution and can be considered stubborn at times when presented with an idea or concept that she does not agree with. This can at times get her into trouble as she is also a very outspoken person, and will not hesitate to argue her point with fierce determination if she believes herself to be right.

Being Royalty and growing up in a royal household has helped to shape a few points of her personality. Mother tends to carry herself with a sense of importance. Her regality is often noticed in her tones, and even her posture. She does try to hide this, but despite her efforts, it often shows through.

She enjoys smiling and playing around when the time is right. Back home she rarely had time for such things and was left with a longing for the simple pleasures that life had to offer. Now she prefers to live leisurely, taking her time to smell the roses so to speak and enjoy the little moments she missed out on.

Since arriving on earth, Mother has developed a rather strong fondness for Twinkies. Everything about them excites and thrills her and she insists, that they are without a doubt, that they are earth's greatest treasure.

Active Abilities:
Neural Port
Located on the lower right wrist is a single mechanical port. This device is connected directly to her brain through a series of neural relays. It can be used for many purposes but is mostly used as a medical diagnostic device. Similar to the computer in a vehicle, if a specialized computer is connected to her port a fairly accurate analysis of her health can be quickly uploaded to a terminal to diagnose any issues that may be present. This port can also be used to assist in the learning of new languages as such information can be downloaded directly to her brain. This port can be used to connect to the VR simulations as well.

Passive Abilities:
Four arms and hands
Mother, like all members of her species, has 4 fully functional arms and hands. They are identical to that of normal humans and have similar muscle yields as a normal human arm might. The hands are incredibly dexterous and able to work entirely desynchronized from each other granting her quasi dexterity.

Electromagnetic, and BioElectric sensing
Mother has a pair of horns that allow her to detect electric currents around her, be it artificial or from a living being. Much like a shark, Caprisians evolved these organs to make them better predators. In a pitch black environment, she is able to sense other fields, and even see how her own field interacts with the world granting her a 3D picture of things around her. She can see up to 10 feet in any direction at all times, and detect additional currents up to 50 feet away. Given how many electrical fields exist on earth, it can be a little overwhelming for her. Because of that, Mother wears a headband made of specialized minerals to dampen this sense, making it easier for her to focus. This power is always active, though she is able to consciously choose to focus on it or not.

Caprisian Biology
Caprisians are a long-lived and hearty species that rarely fall victim to illness. Over the years they have continued to eliminate bloodlines that are weaker, in an attempt to force their species to continually evolve to be stronger. They can easily live to a thousand human years or more with a lifestyle style. Mother can be expected to live even longer given her royal lineage and superior genetics.

Weaknesses:
EMP
Given Mothers sensitivity to Electromagnetic fields, she remains sensitive to Strong EMP. Any sort of pulse like this will cause her great discomfort, and often act in the same manner as a flash-bang grenade would on a normal person. She in many cases is rendered unable to see or hear and will become disoriented. The effects of such a pulse can last for a minute to up to half an hour depending on how intense and how close she was to the blast. Alternatively, strong live currents as one might find in a downed power cable or a lightning strike can have a similar effect. This is true of ALL Caprisians. (Devices exist to counter these effects, but Mother has no access to such things)

Electric Pollution
Earth is a modern place. Because of that, there are electric currents everywhere. Buried under the streets, strung between buildings, and coming out of every device that is operated, owned, or driven. Because of this, Mother has difficulty focusing on things around her simply because there are far too many things to pollute her sixth sense. In busy places, she can become confused and disoriented rather easily if she is not careful. When out and about she wears a headband made of a special mineral found on her planet. It acts to limit her sixth sense making the world less likely to overwhelm her.

Biography:
-Mother is the only daughter in her family. She has 3 brothers
-Had a relatively uneventful early childhood. Attended various classes to learn her role within her people, as well as how to act like a royal.
-Received full formal education as well
-Not long after her 18th birthday she was married off to a political opponent of her family's rule in an attempt to bring peace to the warring factions.
-Almost immediately after the marriage her new husband, with the help of his clan and army, led a coup that resulted in Mother and her family fleeing their planet, with as many others as could escape the war-torn planet.
-Traveled for almost three years before finally arriving at earth.
-Never settled anywhere because they were constantly pursued by bounty hunters.
-Mother spent a few days aboard the Space Station attempting to learn about Earth culture and customs while immersing herself in the language.
-Mother and her people were offered a few apartment units to use while they were on earth.
-After a few days, bounty hunters arrived searching for the fleeing refugees.
-The Caprisians left, leaving mother and a small handful of her people on Earth with the intention of luring the bounty hunters away.
-Mother now resides on Manta Carlos, hoping to make a new life here.

(For the sake of ease, I am putting this in Earths timeline in which a year equals 365 days. Her own planet Orbits the Capri Sun much slower, causing a year to equal 1095 days. Creating a ratio of 3 to 1)

Resources:
Mother is a political refugee from her planet. This does not mean she has arrived with nothing. Her people have brought a small fortune in material goods including precious metals and gems that have been used to acquire an apartment as well as assured a well off quality of life.
