Upon reading the ninth clue, Monday speculated that it most likely referred to the Space Observation Station. He also knew that to go up there you needed a passport or MC ID because there was an official customs area up there which the second part of the clue most likely alluded to.
And so, Monday asked Candle to mind the shop for a few hours. Then he asked Gany if he'd like to go along - which he did - and they then grabbed their coats, passports and made their way over to the teleporters that would take him and Ganymede up to the space station and its customs area where he would get his passport stamped.
