"Ah, if you so insistent I shall continue with my masterpiece!" Dollop resumed their work on Harmonia's portrait after being given their assurance. As she flesh out Harmonia's details, Dollop looks over to Shiro and gives the girl a nod of their approval.
"Prefect! Yes just like that Shiro. A small adjustment was all that was needed."
When Shiro inquired about Sidney, Dollop trained their eye onto the the moth girl. They thought for a moment before dismissing Shiro's concern.
"Oh Shiro she not just okay. She is doing... FABULOUS! Just fabulous. So dedicated to her posture that they dare not even speak! A true natural she is. While I do admire your commitment Sidney if you are feeling tired or unwell just let me know. Now which shade of blue should I use for this background? Hrmmm..."
Dollop continued painting the three ladies simultaneously, adding more and more layers of paint until after another 20 to 30 minutes later they set down their brushes and slide back to admire and critique her work.
"Voilà ! It is done! Now to let dry. Oh but before we continue with the rest of session, do you lovely ladies wish to see?" offered Dollop as they invite them over to take a look with a beckoning hand wave to come and look at their portraits.
Viewing Harmonia's portrait, the pink haired goddess stands proud atop a ruined Corinthian column as her piercing eyes stare out directly at the viewer. Her figure raises above the dark and dirty faces of the common rabble look upon her with awe. The neoclassical style of the painting evokes an ethereal beauty of the divine as sun in the backdrop of the painting bathes her in holy light while darkening clouds seems to dissipate at her radiating power. Suptle movement can be seen in this painting from the breeze caresses Harmonia's clothing to clambering hands among the crowd trying to reach for her yet unable to reach as if though separated by immeasurable distances. Harmonia painted figure herself stands mostly stiff, save for a sultry flick of their hair.
In Shiro's painting, the eye is naturally drawn to vampiric cool cat whom striking blacks and reds stands in contrast against a backdrop of mundanity of white city occupied with faceless citizens . Shiro's piece is more contemporary compared to Harmonia's portrait and has a more pop art feel to it though its hard to pin down an exact style. In the portrait Shiro owns leans slightly against the wall, her wings shifting and her tail swaying side to side in the portrait as they merely observe the passing of by of mannequin like figures dressed in white entering one side of the portrait and exiting the other. The crimson eyes of the painted Shiro watch each passerby come and go as they wear a curt smile on their face.
Observing Sidney's painting, the figure stand by the grassy edge of reflecting pond in the cool of the night as they stare looking up a ray of moonlight beaming down on them. This painting differs from the previous two as it takes on an impressionist style reminiscent of Van Gogh's later works. In this painting, the grass flows and gentle ripples can be seen moving out in the pond. The painted Sidney stands statuesque, her twinkling eyes staring out in wonder of some unknowable light in the distance. The only movement seen on the painted moth woman are her wings that flutter in the back like a cape and occasional twitch of her antenna.
