Eein hadn't been out much, hadn't been cooking or hunting which were his two favorite hobbies. Besides work and school he'd stayed isolated in his own room. Keeping to himself, not talking much, not acting like himself at all.

He was was laying in his bed when he heard the knock on his door. He glanced at the clock, seeing it wasn't time for any meal or anything. Rising from his bed he'd approach the door. "Yeah?" he'd ask, knowing it was likely either Huilu or Whisp.

Slowly he'd partially open the door, looking through the gap. "Uh...hey...what's up?" he'd ask, even the way he talked was off, not as forward or as direct as usual.

This was the first time Huilu had been confronted with this kind of situation. And she was unsure how she was supposed to react to this. Concern, worry and shock were on top of her mind, of course, but there was also confusion and disappointment.
The medical report Thiul had sent over was in front of Huilu on the table, and she was looking it over one last time. The tests Thiul had ran on Eein blood samples said it all. He had recently had a lot of alcohol in his system, and Huilu was certain that she would've noticed it if anything like that happened when she was present here. So it must've happened during her week long absence. Eein and Huilu had had a conversation about alcohol, and Huilu had trusted Eein to act responsibly. But the breakup had affected Eein's mental state, and Huilu knew what grief could do to you. But...
Huilu sighed a bit, and stood up. She would confront Eein about this. She had waited for this particular moment, for when Whisp and S'loo were both out and they would have privacy.

Huilu took the medical report and headed upstairs, knowing Eein was in his room. She got to his door and knocked. She heard his voice, and waited for him to open his door. Eein didn't open the door all the way, and Huilu didn't force it open. She merely handed him the medical report, keeping her expression and tone calm.
"Could you tell me about this, Eein?"
And the part she was talking about was circled in red on the paper.

Eein glanced down the paper, opening the door to take it. Huilu would notice that his room was unusually dirty and unorganized as well, when he used to always keep it clean and organized.

The younger dragon looked at the paper, his eyes going to the marked section. Huilu would then notice a change in his face, a look of pain and regret appearing on his face.

"It's.....it's nothing.....just..just something stupid, he'd shove the paper back into her hand, his breath becoming slightly shaky, albeit briefly, something enhanced hearing would picnic up.

Huilu didn't know what kind of reaction she had been expecting, and the one she saw made her heart ache. She wanted to pull Eein into her arms and tell him it was all going to be okay, but in this situation that would only have the opposite effect. Huilu still kept herself calm, but she let her concern leak through and make her words sound genuine and true.

"Eein, I'm not upset with you. But this is by no means a stupid matter, and I'm asking you to tell me about this, how you are feeling, if I can help. Please do not push me away."
Huilu set her hand against the door, not pushing it more open but just making sure it stayed open. She looked Eein straight in the eyes, her gaze unwavering, messaging Eein of her support and worry.

Eein couldn't bring himself to look her in the eye, he'd look down. A lot of emotions were churning inside him, shame and confusion and misplaced guilt. "I just.....," he'd start, but he wasn't sure what to say, who to tell her.

"I don't know....," he'd continue, quiet, uncertain, very unlike him, "......just...curious, wanted....a distraction." Trying to explain what happened was hard, he wasn't sure if he was able to tell her exactly what had happened.

"Just..........a party in the woods........that stupid drink...," the young dragon would continue, or at least try to, "and........that woman."

Huilu had no empathy, but she could almost feel all the emotions churning inside Eein. This was a serious matter, and when Huilu heard how Eein's voice shook and faltered she stepped forward and into his room. She paid no mind to the mess, and merely gently guided Eein to the bed, sitting him down and then Huilu sitting next to him. And all the while she listened carefully, putting aside the medical report.

"It is alright Eein."
Huilu said, managing to keep her own voice calm despite the many emotions churning inside her as well. Eein needed her to be steady now, calm and steady and here for him.
"I am here, with no judgement. You tell me of a party, I understand your reasons, do not worry. But who was this...woman?"
Huilu couldn't help but let a small amount of her worry slip and show, when he spoke of a woman. What had happened? Had Eein done something he regretted? It was clearly something that had shook him. He was in a much worse of a state than the breakup with Jazz had left him. Huilu kept a cool arm on Eein's shoulder, squeezing ever so slightly to keep him grounded. And if it came down to it Huilu would use her power to calm him.

Who was the woman? That was a good question, one he didn't have the answer for. "I.....I don't know.....didn't know her," she was gorgeous, seductive, the kind of girl teenagers dreamed of.

"Party was in the woods....just wanted to see what it was all about," he kept his eyes down as he spoke, not wanting her to see the shame and confusion though she definitely could hear it in his voice. "The drink........made things fuzzy."

"Then.......she showed up." He stopped there, he didn't want to continue, his thoughts were swirling, he was so confused. The sex had been good, but he wasn't sure if he'd agree if he'd been sober.

"I understand."
Huilu said as Eein expressed he had simply wanted to see what it was all about. Huilu truly did understand the curiosity of youth, when you wanted to try things that were forbidden. She had done it many many times. But never with these results, and Huilu found herself second-guessing how she had raised Eein. Should she have done better? Could she have prevented this?

As Eein described his encounter with this woman that was the first time Huilu felt some anger. Not towards Eein, not by any chance, but towards this woman. Because she did not like the image that was forming in her head.
"Eein, did something happen?"
Huilu asked with a slightly more quiet but still gentle voice. She hated adding to Eein's anxiousness, but she knew that if he didn't say these things, if he kept quiet, they would keep swirling in his mind and bothering him until they broke him. And Huilu would not let that happen, not when she had already let things get to this point.

He didn't answer at first, his mind tried to make the words come out but they just wouldn't. "I......," he started and then stopped, he didn't know how to explain, how to say it without hurting.

"I...I enjoyed it when it was happening...," one of his hands shook a little for a moment, "then I woke up....blurry memory....memories of her." The drunken passions him and the other girl had entered, the sex and lust, it'd seemed good at the time.

Eein stopped there, not knowing what else to say, or more likely he was afraid to say more. He was confused, didn't know what to think of what had happened.

Eein didn't need to say outloud exactly what had happened, his words and gestures were crystal clear. And Huilu's anger grew, when she saw what state it had brought him in. The air around her grew colder, even as Huilu kept her face serious. She wouldn't let her anger dominate this situation, and Huilu still didn't have all the facts.

At first Huilu didn't say anything, she just leaned in and wrapped her arms around Eein, settling his head on her shoulder. Her hand was gently petting his hair.
"Do not feel shame, Eein. You were not to blame, and I or anyone else will not blame you."
Huilu said, her words were certain and full of compassion. After a moment of embracing Eein she pulled back slightly and looked at Eein, and if he wasn't looking at her she'd lift his chin so he would.
"This is not stupid by any standard, Eein. We will make this right, I promise you."
