Missing Simon =(

Caitlin sat silently in the middle of the thick forest. But inside was a torrent of emotions: Hurt, sadness, anger... Simon had been so great. They had a wonderful night at the dance. Then her dad died and he had comforted her the night before she left for home. But then, he was just gone. She didn't even know if he still attended Starlight Academy. A few tears fell down her face. "Oh why did you have to be so perfect, and then just leave!" she said aloud before a few more tears came out. Don't cry... You'll be ok. You've been through worse than this... she told herself silently.

Simon walked through the forest, glancing at the trees around. Bored, bored, bored. He thought, shaking his head with a sad smile. He and hoped to find something interesting to do in the forest. He looked down at teh small path he followed and kicked a rock out of the way.
Then he heard a voice that sounded very familiar.
With a big smile, he ran in the direction the voice had come from. Breaking through a small patch of bushes he saw Caitlin standing in the trees.
'You're here!'



((sorry, i haven't rped for a while. I'm a bit out of practice.l ^_^))

"Simon! Oh my gosh!" she jumped up, smiling. She wiped the few tear offher face and fixed her hair, smoothed her clothes. "I haven't seen you in so long!"

He waited untill she finished straightening herself, then lunged forward and gave her a big hug which threatened to knock them both over.
'I didn't know where you were, I thought maybe you'd decided to stay home or something. I was going to give it another month before I called for a search party.' He laughed and ruffled her hair.

Caitlin laughed along with him. How stupid it was for her to have thought he had left. "Well, I was going to send out a search party the day after I got back from Oregon, but I decided to wait a month longer as well."

Breaking apart he continued to smile at her.
'So, what should we do now that we've finally reunited?' He asked with a chuckle.

He smiled at her eagerness, glad that she wasn't mad at him for not being there for her when she came back. 'I don't know, they all sound good to me.'

"Well." she said, tesing in her eyes. "Whats the money limit? A girl can't pay you know.." It was a statement she knew was not "proper for a lady" but she wanted to see how Simon would react.

He laughed loudly at this, and ran his fingers through his hair. 'Well, I'm not exactly rich or anything.' He shook his head with a grin. 'So I'd say nothing too extravagant.'
