Adding Cairo Amelii to missing persons. It might be feigning a pleasant life for her now but it it's still a bad luck curse after all.

BREAKING NEWS

Social media is blowing up! An anonymous source has leaked a possible location where the missing people are being held. One of the islets, a little over a mile off the coast, near the southeastern portion of the Manta Carlos City Docks.

Police are mobilizing to investigate the area and verify the validity of the information. They have released statements urging citizens to remain as far away from the site as possible, with reminders that vigilantism is a crime.

This clearly hasn't stopped some citizens from trying their hand at a rescue. The exact location of the supposed underground lair isn't exactly known, so it'll be a race to see who gets there first: police or angry mob!

MISSING PERSONS UPDATE

A police raid on the suspected location of the missing persons has led to a successful rescue of all reported victims.

Inside the underground bunker were several specialized cages made of reinforced glass used to keep the victims fairly isolated. Locking power nullification bracelets and contact based sedatives were used to keep the victims from escaping on their own.

Other portions of the facility included several medical examination rooms, a laboratory, and living quarters for the presumed suspects. Most of the computer equipment seemed to have been wiped with a magnet, with hard drives smashed or shot through for extra measure.
The living quarters seemed to have enough room for three people to sleep adequately, though post cognitive scans of this area showed that five individuals in total used the space.

Further inside the facility was a storage space that held both food and supplies for the foreseeable future, most of which seemed to be stolen from various proprietors around the island. Beyond this was a ship docking bay that led to an underwater tunnel out to the ocean.

Dr. Holmes and his associates were not in the facility, having left seemingly not long after the location of their hideout was posted on social media. The hostages had not been fed in nearly two days, indicating that the suspects left in quite a hurry.

Event End! Thank you to those who participated!
