Active Abilities:

Skin Changer: Mingan can shift from human, to wolf, to werewolf as she pleases. On nights of the full moon, she has no choice but to turn into her Werewolf form.

Wolf Empathy: Mingan has a deep connection not with just her pack but with feral wolves as well. She can understand them with a simple look, even command if needed. The distance is by eye sight, but grows stronger if closer to her.

Empowered Howl: Mingan can release a battle cry that connects with her pack and feral wolves to come to her aid. The Howl can reach across a 10 mile plain, upon a cliff or edge, it can reach close up to 20 miles without any obstructions.


Passive Abilities:


Lunar Empowerment: When the moon is out and free of cloud cover, all abilities are more powerful. Her mind is sharper, her reflexes are quicker, her speed and agility is increased and she can lift and toss things up to 400 lbs.

Lycan Physiology: In whatever form she is in, she is hardier than most humans. Able to take a few shots at point blank range before going down, endure more pain, see clearly at night even with low light situations, heightened sense of smell and touch.

Pure Bred: Mingan is a pure werewolf, untainted by any bloodline and uncursed. Because of this breed of Werewolf in her family, she is resiliente to most human diseases and does not succumb to Savage or Berserk Statuses.

Biography:

• Can speak Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic and French fluently. Has trouble with English pronunciation of some words.
  
  
• Grew up in Norway and was homeschooled for all of her adolescent years. Her family The Louve is a Mafia run syndicate who has many business ventures. Mostly in the entertainment industry of Bordellos, Brothels, and Casinos. They operate in drugs as well, however, that will be changed soon as Mingan despises anything of the sort even if it is good money.
  
  
• During her late teen years, Mingan adopted a fascination with historic artifacts around the world and has collected a museum of treasures that she has bought in her lifetime. Even a sword that was used by the famous Joan of Arc which she prides as one of her most valuable items in her collection.
  
  
• The Louve Family, in order to create a power vacuum, had an arranged marriage for Migan to the Alpha of the Volkov Family. Mingan has met Malakias on several occasions during get-togethers, but they have never spoken romantically.
  
  
• Mingan’s father was a harsh man, but it was the Mother that said mostly ran the businesses. She was powerful, greedy, and loved to swell her purse in whatever means necessary. She had tossed Mingan out in the wilderness to defend for herself several times in the mountains to learn the ways of the wolf as her mother before her taught her. Because of this, Mingan has grown rather aloof towards most people and tends to be quick to anger but never loses herself to blind rage. She also has a very deep seeded hate for her Mother.
  
  
• Mingan was taught how to not only hunt, but to kill effectively. Going for the throat is the trademark attack of the Louves.
  
  
• What one does as a Favor for someone else, is expected to be repaid in kind. These favors are instrumental part of how The Louves Family workings. She was taught how to accommodate someone with a favor but expected it to be returned, anything-anytime if the deed is done.
  
  
• While her Mother holds most of the power in the family, and while she was basically Given to the Volkov’s, nothing has been set in stone. Mingan has ambitions of her own and will not become a HouseWife just because her Mother said so.
  
  
• Her presence in Manta Carlos is one to find if Malakias is truly worthy of her time or if he is just some nobody. Time will tell, but she will make every attempt to find the truth for herself while plotting the death of her mother.

Resources: The Louve Family is wealthy from their Mafia Syndicate, and the many Casinos they own. Within Manta Carlos, one of the cousins owns a Massage Parlor that doubles as an opiate manufacturer beneath the foundation. She will have her own room there, but will be mostly staying with Malakias and his sister in their Mansion.
