Midday Conversation

Time went on, life on the island was good though it wasn't the same as back home Blair was adaptable. Him and his aquatic friend spent quite a bit of time together, he enjoyed having out with them. As such the young demon often made plans to visit them, such as today.

He'd float through the halls, stopping in front of the door and knocking, waiting. When the door opened he'd grin. "Heeeeeeeeey~" he'd float in for a hug, "hope you dont mind, wanted to pop in and see how you're doing."

The demon would smile, floating at eye level with their friend. "Hope I didn't interrupt anything, just felt the urge to see you hon."

"I don't just show up when I'm hungry," he'd say jokingly, fake pouting a little, his tail going up and very gently bapping the top of Arna's head. "That said....I'm always up for having fun with you," he'd say, sticking his tongue out at her and stealing a quick gentle kiss before floating further in.

"Whatcha working on?" he'd ask, floating over to the art project and flipping himself upside down as he looked at it. "Oh I seeeeee....I came at the right moment.....I gotta save you from school stuff," he'd look it over, "that said, it actually looks pretty cool." He'd flash a playful grin, bobbing up and down in place a little.

"Sooooo besides school stuff what else have you been up to?" he'd ask, slowly floating around the room as he spoke.

"Swimmimg race?" he'd ask as he slowly floated around the room, "that sounds fun, I wish I'd been there to watch." He'd stop as he reached Arna, his head very gently bumping into her, "gotta enjoy the beach all we can while its summee," he'd look up at her, "though I suppose the cold winter water won't bother you much."

He'd smile. "Oh just the usual, exploring the island, making friends, hanging out with my mom," he'd flip into a floating sitting position. "My dad might be visiting the island, he's kinda being all flop floppy about it," he'd shrug, "I think its because my mom's here."

Blair's tail would slowly sway behind him. "Things are weird between them, well....weird for him anyways, mom is more passive about it all."

"Wellllllllll...he rules a kingdom of mages in another dimension," he'd start to explain, slowly floating around his friend, "used to be part of the same dimension my mom was from, but my dad and his kingdom sorta split off into their own realm."

"He's really powerful, lots of magic," he'd shift to female as they talked. "He could probably have a portal opened to visit easy enough," her head would gently bump into her friend as she continued to float. "He says the island would be a good place for trade."

She'd tilt her head, looking at her friend. "Him and mom, they sorta, kinda, had a one night stand thing," she'd shrug, "that's how I was made," she'd say with a giggle. "And....don't know, things have always been weird between th hem," she'd frown a bit, "I'm never sure what to do with them."

"Yeah...especially since he can just open a portal to here," finally she'd very gently bump into her friend as she finished floating around the room. "Sorry, just realized how much I've been whining," flipping around she'd wrap her arms around her friend in a hug.

"Came here to hang out, make you smile, not whine about stupid things," she'd nuzzle her cheek against her. "Ok, we should do things that make you happy," she'd say with a smile, "we should get aone foods, explore some, maybe we can find a nice spot outside where you can do some art."
