- pretty cynical toward the world. she's seen too much bloodshed.
- she's a major elitist. if you're human or humanoid and have no shifted form you are a mere mortal to her.
- she is cold to everyone but harsher to those that are not a shifter/gryphon/hippogriff.
- stuck in the past. she dresses like she's still in the medieval era, she talks like she's still in the medieval era, she acts like she's in the medieval era.

- flight in her hippogriff form. in this form she also has the ability to run faster, being that she's got four legs.
- she has healing magic. she can heal any form of injury, mental, emotional or physical. to heal any of those forms of injuries causes them to reflect back onto her own person; so if she heals someone with an affliction that is too great it will hurt her - if not kill her. over the years she has found that she can put her healing magic into potions and tonics and salves that heal physical injuries to a certain point without it affecting her body. she can then proceed to finish healing the person without worry of causing herself too much strain or injury.
Biography:
- she's hatched back in 1455. her egg was left in a poor scottsman's field. he finds the egg and hatches it, claiming the creature within it.
- she learns to shift into her human form around her ninth year on earth.
- the scottsman claims her as his daughter. calls her melivere.
- the scottsman dies and melivere disappears from the world - or so it is assumed. she awakens in the early 17th century to war.
- this war is between the humans, two scottish clans fighting over land or a girl or something. she begins to hate humans despite how well her human father had taught her.
- she takes no part in the wars, she simply watches from afar in the mountains of scotland.
- when humans start to hunt her, she starts to hunt them back. she kills any who come near her lair.
- in the 19th century she moves to america and travels about in her human form, this is the start of her hiding being a hippogriff.
