It was a special meeting tonight. Sevina was visiting someone special, the father of her soon-to-be child. It had been a couple of months already since their last contact, and in truth, she really didn't know what to make of it. They were together for a few months, and she really didn't know when the child started developing. Sevina tracked the man to the hospital, which was no easy task. He was different than the last time she saw him, which threw her off, but she was sure this was the very same person. She convinced the staff that she had relations with the patient, now being monitored after he was found to be bad shape. If she had known, she would have taken care of him and nurse him back to health. She opened the door to his room and with a sweet smile, she walked over to him. "I got really good news for you, darling. You're going to be a father soon."

Things have been moving slowly. Recovery would be slow they told him. He shouldn't expect any instant results they said. Physically, everything about Jafar was fine. The worst of the wounds that had been untreated were now mostly healed, leaving only more scars that mapped his body.

The drugs were completely out of his system and he was clear of any infections. Everything was just....fine. They were even finally planning for his release date in a week or so.

So everything was medically fine bodily wise and yet Jafar didn't feel okay. He just felt like shit really. The drugs were out his system but there was still side effects. Most of his memory was not fully all there and the doctors said it should just comeback with time.

Jafar even has a new tongue but it was hard for him to talk. The tongue felt weird and foreign rather than feeling like it was never gone in the first place. He just had to get used to talking again. They said that could take a few days or weeks.

Jafaf basically spent the past few weeks wasting away in the hospital bed really; that's what it felt like to him.

One of the nurse or janitoral staff? No. It wasn't really the time for either to come in.

When the woman entered the room he tensed up. He didn't know this person and she wasn't wearing staff clothing. Then she started saying things that wasn't really making sense.

"I-I...um.." Jafar had to take his time with speaking. It hurt and sucked.

"Think.....you....have the wrong um...r-room."

"No, I'm pretty sure I have the right room." Sevina took a seat beside his bed, and crossed her leg over the other. "You don't remember me?" She touched his hand gently but made a mental link to him so she could make sure he wouldn't scream and make a scene out of this. "We were having a vacation together, didn't we? A couple of months ago? Don't tell me you were so ashamed of me that you forgotten." Through their mental link, she whispered his name. "Jafar. Our time together could just be our little secret if you so wish, but your child needs you."

Jafar flinched away the moment Sevina had touched him. Being touch already made him uncomfortable and being touched by a stranger made it worse.
"Please. Don't."

He tried to move a bit further away from her but was limited on how much he could move away. He was stuck in the hospital bed and had an IV in so...not much he could do there.

"I-I don't recall...."
Jafar frowned. He was confused and well lost. A few months ago? Really? That didn't sound right to him. Not from the bits he rememberd and was told what happened.

"I was...captive. Few months ago."

"Wrong roo-"
Jafar was well......very surpised? The voice in his head was both surpising and a bit alaraming. She knew his name? That was....

"Y-you um.....know name?" Still struggling a bit there.
"Know my name?" That sounded better right?

Well if she knew his name there could be some truth to this? Though if it were true that means he was the parent of this child like she said.

"I have child?" There was a small smile before it quickly faded away. He then just shook his head.

"No..no...that makes no sense."

Sevina frowned for a moment, disappointed that he didn't recognize her. How dare he? Thankfully, something in his head clicked once he heard his name. "That's right. I know you. And yes, I am carrying your child." Confident that he has a grip on the situation, she decided to enforce a little suggestion into his head. It was a simple one. Just don't make a scene and don't cry for help or bad things might happen. Not to him, but something more precious. After all, what'll happen when a mother gets taken away? What'll happen to the baby when it was due? Surely he wouldn't be so heartless. "I know it's big news, but don't worry. You still have time to get used to the idea. When the baby's due, I hope you're there."

He wasn't sure on what to say. He didn't really know what to think about this either. Don't make a scene or cry for help? Jafar wasn't really sure about any of that.....why would-

He just blinked a nodded. She was right. Jafar didn't want anything terrible to happen to the baby.

Sevina gave a very uncharacteristic smile. One so soft and... joyful? It was a different kind of joy than she often expressed. Perhaps it was the hormones acting up. "I'm glad to hear that. Now, I'll let you rest. I just wanted to let you know of the coming miracle." She distanced herself slightly. "I have things to prepare for now. Please have a smooth recovery. I will see you again." And with that, Sevina turned to leave. He needed rest.
