Private Finished MCPD: Jun Hyuga

Officer Roldan Drakenhardt ascended the steps to the business he had on file. Hyuga Detective and Consultation Agency. The owner, Jun Hyuga, had some incidents to answer for. Namely, the fine he was being served for brandishing a weapon not once, but twice in the community center.

Roldan knocked on the door to the office, papers in hand. He muttered under his breath, hoping todsy would go easy on him.

Roldan looked Jun over, glancing at the papers in his hand. "Hello sir. Officer Roldan Drakenhardt, MCPD. Are you Jun Hyuga? Of Hyuga detective and consultation?"

He wanted to confirm the man's identity before he just started handing over fines and the like. He made a mental note of the cat. No visible shifter tags.

"No, no. I am here because we have reports and evidence of you brandishing weapons in the community center..." he looked at the paper again, as if he wasn't already aware.

"...twice. I am here to issue you a fine for these occurrences and to inform you, as you should already be aware, that drawing, summoning, or otherwise materializing any form of weaponry in the community center is a criminal offense."

Roldan handed the paperwork he had in his hand to Jun, stoic as he could be. "The first offense has a standard fine of five days' salary, while the second offense tacks on an additional seven days. So twelve days' salary in total. I have also included a pamphlet in this paperwork for some seminars on Manta Carlos law that I highly recommend you attend."

"You have a court date in thirty days if you want to contest the fine, but you can simply pay the fine to waive having to attend the court date. Paying the fine is considered you pleading guilty to the charged crimes. If you do not attend the court date or pay the fine, a warrant will be placed for your arrest."

Roldan paused, making sure he had remembered everything he needed to say. "Do you understand everything I have just told you?"

"You need to take the money and the paperwork I gave you to the courthouse to pay the fine. I can't accept the payment of the fine."

Roldan shifted a little bit, hoping he was done. He needed to get back and finish up his shift and get home to Narraine.
