Mayfield Cottage & Mayfield Manor

A two level luxury cottage belonging to the University Student, Chester Mayfield.
It's located just past the Manta Carlos city and residential area in the early brushes of countryside. On the edge of a quiet wood, with a small crescent lake.
The property is bordered by a low mossy stone wall with an iron gate along a dirt road. Upon immediate entry is a large lavish colorful garden with an arched arbor entering a small lawn giving fair view to the cottage. There is a small Door way with an generous awning. Lots of windows, to let in natural light. The Cottage is covered in vines and greenery and can nearly blend in with the surrounding foliage. The garden wraps it's way around the back where there is another spacious lawn with patio set and a small path past some trees to the private swimming hole. Aka Crescent Lake. A small dirt drive way curves around the property to a two car garage in the back. The back yard also sports a spacious garden shed.
The two level home, though very rustic on the outside is lavish like a city condo within. Upon entry there is a spacious hallway with hooks for jackets and a shoe rack. The floors throughout are all redwood hardwood. There are numerous thick lush rugs throughout the house. The walls are fairly bare save for lantern like light fixtures and hanging plants. The lower floor houses a full appliance kitchen with small round dining table on the left of the entry, and a large living room on the right. On the other side of the kitchen is the split stairway leading the the second floor, and a large bathroom with walk in shower and stone tiles. At the end of the hall from the front entry is a small mudroom and the back door, with a pantry on the right (past the living room.)
Upon Entry of the upper level, there are three doors. One on each side and one at the end. The one at the end is another bathroom, smaller but with a deep soak Jacuzzi. On the left overlooking the back garden west is a spare bedroom currently being used for storage, and on the right overlooking the front garden east is the master bedroom. The upper level bedrooms sport huge windows letting in a ridiculous amount of sunlight to the master bedroom.
