It's time once again for the event that nearly every Carlosian talks about all year: the Samhain Eve Masquerade Ball. A night of romance and mystery awaits for those who come, identities hidden behind elegant masks and false names to enjoy the evening without the pressures and preconceptions of their normal life. Alcohol is provided and enchanted by the Twelve so that it turns into a high quality non-alcoholic punch when someone under the drinking age drink them. The music and decor are haunting and the people are radiant.
