In her humanish form, Malon is a rather tall and well-defined woman of approximately 30 years of age. She has soft pale skin with no visible blemishes or scars. She doesn't tan easily, and for all intents and purposes is also devoid of any sort of tan line. She has a slender build that accents her height very well, and when combined with her more well-endowed features, lends to the appearance of a model.
She has long purple hair that seems to be endless with no set length. It can change from waist length to several meters in length and often ends in four black eyeless heads. These heads are not always present, and usually not when her hair is worn shorter, but can form in a moment's notice with just a thought.
Her arms and legs are covered in gold scales with her hands and feet being covered in blackened skin. Her nails are all the same gold color of her scales and tipped to be incredibly sharp. Even in this form, they can still be used as weapons to rip and tear at soft flesh. Malon also has an incredibly long tail. Like her arm's it is covered in gold scales, with the under scales being black. Its length in this form measures almost 25 feet and it is strong enough to support her body weight.
When she smiles its easy to see that her mouth is lined with pointed teeth, though they do not appear in a jagged or frightening way. Her body is similar to that of a large crocodile spanning nearly 15 feet long from the base of neck to the base of her tails. Interestingly she possesses two tails in this form, both nearly 30 feet long and built to be used as whips. Her necks are fairly long, 15 feet each, smooth, and ending in a blackened head with no eyes. (The heads in her humanish form are identical to the heads in her monstrous form) Not one of her heads has eyes, and all of them have a forked tongue. Personality Description:
Despite a rather stunning appearance, Malon does possess a rather toxic personality. She is, by most, considered to be a mean and sour individual, full of sarcasm and snark. She has a plethora of bad habits and traits that leave it difficult for people to tolerate her for any extended period of time. Despite having no affiliation to hell or the seven deadly sins, much of her personality falls in line with various sinful elements.
Malon is quick to anger, displaying many elements of wrath. She has never shied away from a fight, and in the past had gone on rampages more than once when angered. She holds grudges and desires to wrong those who have wronged her. This trait can be exploited as in most cases it will take little to bait her into trouble.
There is no lack of pride with Malon. In most cases, Hydras do not live as long as she has. Despite being ageless, they often get themselves killed early in life. It's because of her longevity that she is rather high on herself. In her opinion, she must be exceptionally gifted to have made it this far. On top of that, she has lived under the assumption that many within the normal world had found her human appearance to be beautiful. This has led to a false sense of entitlement.

These heads are identical copies of her monstrous heads and can be used to assist in fighting or for intimidation purposes. While these heads are active, her hair can seem to grow to several meters long, allowing her to snap her jaws at things that might have been out of reach before. She can also use these heads to constrict things but runs the risk of having the heads severed if she does so. Each one of these heads is able to make use of her paralyzing gaze power.

In both forms, Malon is able to make use of a sinister purple light to temporarily hypnotize her prey or opponents allowing her to dispatch them with ease. In her monstrous form, the light emanates from the mouth of each of her heads at will. In her humanish form, it can only be produced by her secondary heads if she creates them. This power is not always active, and is generally used sparingly as creatures who are exposed to it multiple times can develop a resistance to it. The power can also be resisted by strong-willed creatures. It has no effect on the undead, just as it has no effect on the blind. Interestingly enough, observing the light through a camera will render it ineffective as well. Hydras like Malon are ageless. Despite this, they are far from immortal, and very few manage to live to her advanced age. This agelessness is accompanied by an early aging process that is rather rapid, allowing a Hydraling to reach maturity in only ten years. From that point on they stop ageing altogether. To date there is no known limit to this agelessness, but it is theorized that if left alone, and in optimal conditions, a Hydra could live indefinitely. She absolutely can die from damage, hunger, thirst or other traditional forms of death.

In Humanish form Malon is slightly stronger than a normal human of her Physical age and gender. While she is not about to win any olympic events for superior strength and speed, she is able to hold herself against average humans. In both forms Malon Posses a sensitive sense of smell. Hydras are surprisingly hearty creatures and do possess a degree of healing to aid them. While it is not to the point of being exceptional, it will allow them to regrow a limb, or even an entire head in a weeks time. This healing factor will not work if healing magics are applied to her.

It is not an unknown fact that many species of Hydra are incredibly toxic. Malon is no exception to this rule. This is not a controlled feat, but instead, a passive one, that over the course of years, and corrupt environments turning once-thriving ecosystems into dead lands where few creatures dare to live. This toxicity seems to radiate out of them, and while having no immediate harm, can wear down a person over an extended period of time. Her blood is unsafe for consumption, as is her flesh. Even the air she breathes out contains traces of toxins not normally found in the world. She has an air purifier in her apartment, to prevent toxins from building up to levels that might harm her neighbors.

It is next to impossible to get a Hydra sick. They are resistant to all forms of traditional ailment, as well as many forms of magical ailments with a few exceptions. They can eat anything biological from freshly killed meat to decaying cadavers with no negative effects. She loses all her powers, active and passive as well as all species based traits while she wears one of these charms. She can be hurt and die just as easily as a normal human and loses her ability to return to her hydra form until the charm is removed.
Deep Water
Malon has a long-standing fear of deep water. Her type of Hydra is not equipped to be an aquatic predator. She is easily able to wade through the water when she can touch the ground but lacks the ability to swim in any form. Rivers are usually of little concern to her as she can easily traverse them, but she refuses to go very deep into lakes, pools or the ocean. Should she be exposed to deep water in her human form, panic would keep her from being able to transform into her larger form.

Malon is highly allergic to holy magics. Spells meant to heal are caustic to her, causing painful burns, deep trauma, and potentially death. Malon Has few memories from her early youth. Most of that time was spent wandering the swamps, trying to survive long enough to become the monster she is now. She was born in the southern part of central america, 1 of several dozen Hydralings like her.
As she grew a constant need for food, forced her to migrate further north, leaving behind the jungle she once called home. Death and destruction followed her, as she contributed to the destruction of village after village.
Many of the villages she destroyed would regard her as a goddess of death, going so far as to offer sacrifices to her on a regualr basis, in hopes she would not wipe them out. Which she would usually end up doing anyway.
Eventually she would make her way into what is now the united states. There she would settle down and find a sutable place to live for several hundred years. For the most part, she spent this time alone. It suited her better and she enjoyed the quiet.
For the most part, she remained nothing more than a story passed on by the few people who managed to cross her path. That is until just recently. A paranormal explorer with a youtube channel heard the legends of the dead forest, and went to investigate. He would come accross her, and even managed to catch her on film in her monstrous form. Despite her best attempts to catch and kill this intruder, he managed to escape and would post her visage on the internet.
Within hours of being posted the video was pulled down and the channel went dead. A few hours later still, and agents of the veil tracked Malon down, and coaxed her into moving to the island. It was not an easy transition for her, but it is one that she is taking in stride.
