Madeline's anti-superpower curses

Take Them Down a Peg: Madeline can temporarily curse people, suppressing their supernatural abilities. Madeline needs a clear line of sight to do this. She can suppress up to two different abilities at a time. These can be two abilities in one person, or one ability each for two different people. Madeline's power-suppressing curse can last up to half an hour if she isn't sticking around to maintain it. It will end sooner if she starts suppressing two other different abilities, or if she willingly lifts the curse.

This can only be used to suppress abilities that her target likes having or finds useful.
