Líng Fāng

Human Form:
-Green Eyes
-Black, slightly fluffy hair worn loosely
-5'7, 220 pounds
-Normally wears a black button shirt with matching pants

Dragon Form:
-30 feet tall, and 40 feet long
-Covered in green and red scales
-Has blue and red wings
-Tuffs of blue fur at different points on his body

He's calm, as per the teachings of Wing Chun he does his best to stay calm in any situation. He has a curiosity and a desire to learn, he wants to see and do everything, yet he's a slacker, his grades are often a problem, despite his great intelligence he has little ambition for himself, preferring to spend his time relaxing or riding his motorcycle. Even though he's friendly, he seems to struggle making friends or lasting relationships, his isolated upbringing has left him feeling a little lost in the modern world. He's secretly quite the daredevil, recklessly so, doing stunts in secret, normally in the forest or at night, but he still approaches these stunts calmly. Overall he has near zero concern for his wellbeing, he cares about others but not himself

•Active:
-Son of the Storm: As the son of a storm diety, storms do not affect him, when walking in storms snow/rain/hail won't fall on him and wind avoids him unless he allows it. This is because of who his father is.
Limit: the weather affects must be natural.

-Sword of the Dragon: a gift from his father, it's indestructible and he can summon it when needed.
-Super-strength: Dragon form can tear through it.
-Flight: he has a type of self levitation that allows him to fly through the air, as his wings are to small to fly like a full western dragon he uses them for direction control when flying at high speeds.
-Lightning: as the son of a storm god and a lightning dragon he can release a blast of electricity

•Passive:
-Scales: his scales are armour like, very durable.
-Enhanced Senses: his senses are greater than that of hunting wolves
-Eternal Life: he will stop aging in his 20s and live forever.
Human Form: human form can bend solid steel,

•Weaknesses:
Fire, as a being acosiated with water and storms he has an extreme weakness to fire. He burns very easily and even being near a desent sized flame weakens him.

•He's an orphan living in the dorms and supported by a school scholarship. Has money from a part time job.

-Years ago a common western dragon caught the eye of Shenlong one of the dragon gods of Chinese myth.
-The two were very much in love, with them using their human forms to live in town near the South China Sea, with Shenlong taking on the name Bolin Fāng.
-Shenlong often left for long periods of time to deal with godly duties, leaving his lover to her own devices.
-One day Shenlong didn't return, perhaps because of responsibilities, perhaps because of his nature.
-But his lover was pregnant, and soon gave birth to a son who she named Líng Fāng.
-Ling grew up strong, taking to his abilities well
-Unfortunately the mother was often ill, the unknown disease affected her despite being a dragon.
-Eventually monks from an isolated mystical monostary who worshipped Shenlong recognized the child for who he was and took Ling and his mother in.
-From age 5 forward Ling was raised within the monastary, being educated as well as being trained in Wing Chun martial arts.
-But at age 15, his mother finally lost her ongoing battle with her illness.
-He spent the next year in a depression, throwing himself into his training.
-Then after turning 16 a fire broke out, the monastary was destroyed along with most of the monks.
-Distraught he went down to the sea and screamed at the sky. Blaming his father's abandonment for all the things that had happened.
-In response, Shenlong sent a small torent of rain and lighning that hit next to Ling, leaving a sword for him to take.
-Ling took the sword, and though he heard no words from his father. He didn't feel as alone anymore.
-The surviving monks chose to send him to Manta Carlos, to choose his own path.

-Líng is a practioner of the Wing Chun style Kung Fu and was trained in it sense he was child.
