Name: Lugh Drakenhardt
Age: 351
Birthday: March 15
Gender: Male
Species: Dragon
Category: Citizen
Career: Journalist
Appearance Description: So handsome it might be a sin, a testament to dragon kind and its hubris. He's athletic and not afraid to show it. Almost always seen in something fashionable. He keeps his hair swept back and extends down to the base of his neck.
His dragon form is notably smaller than most his age, standing only around fifteen feet at the shoulder. And being around forty feet in length. He sports a silver coloration and rather uniquely shaped wings that seem to be more akin to thickly armored additional limbs than flight appendages.
Personality Description: Lugh is one who enjoys the finer things in life and as a Drakenhardt he firmly believes he's entitled to it. He can come off as shallow at times, but he generally has people's best interests at heart. Lugh enjoys travel, hence his current occupation. He has a reputation as a massive flirt, as well as the type who would steal your girl. These rumors are true in some instances and not in others. The meticulous hoarding tendencies that most dragons harbor goes straight into Lugh's standards for mates. While he has a material hoard of various art pieces, his real tendencies go towards finding an ideal partner. Unfortunately no single person can hold all of these traits so Lugh is a “hoarder of mates” or “poly” as the kids call it. But again, he has an intricate set of rules for how he goes about this. He's equally cruel as he is kind, and he'll crack down hard on a threat to himself or the family as a whole.
Active Abilities:
Pyrokinesis: Lugh can generate and manipulate fire. He can shape it into weapons like other members of his family. He prefers shaping his flames into small fireballs and rapid firing them off. Or in his dragon form, generating the flames from his wings to utilize them like heavy artillery, flamethrowers, or high speed flights of up to 400 mph. His breath is actually clusters of tiny fireballs.
Shifting: Lugh can shift freely between his human and dragon forms. He can also partial shift single body parts(arms, wings, tail). He can also take on hybrid forms, as well as grow scaled down versions of his body parts. This is something he’s always been skilled at. He can make very minor changes in his musculature to enhance his strength to lift up to two tons in his human form. When applied to his legs he can run up to 140 mph.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: In his human form, Lugh is able to lift a ton, and run up to 70 mph. His senses of smell and hearing are on par with a wolf’s and his vision is as sharp as a hawk’s. Lugh is immune to fire and heat based damage, and is unaffected by smoke.
His dragon form is effectively the standard dragon(claws, fangs, wings, that stuff), though a bit more robust. He can fly with his wings. Lugh is bulletproof when it comes to small caliber rounds and resistant to high caliber rounds. Lugh is fully capable of flying off with cars and carrying heavy objects such as cars over short distances. His horns and claws can tear through steel.
Immortality: Lugh will effectively live for an indeterminate(and very long) period of time unless he's killed.
Weaknesses: Lugh’s primary elemental weaknesses are water, and electricity. He has a good degree of anxiety when it comes to large bodies of water, though he is able to swim. He cannot generate fire at all when submerged(naturally). In rain, Lugh’s flames are greatly weakened. Lugh has no natural resistance to lightning at all, and in combination with with water can prove lethal.
Resources: He is a Drakenhardt, and an entertainment journalist.
Biography: The first Drakenhardt child to hatch after the twins, Alex and Leon. Lugh took his position as a main branch member rather seriously. He spent the majority of his youth with his cousin Kenrick as they were closest in age. Like many members of his clan he spent a good bit of time traveling. And it was in his travels that he had his epiphany: the perfect mate does not exist as a single person, but multiple people. He's had as many lovers as enemies. Sometimes he'd even make them simultaneously.
He took up a job as a journalist to keep things interesting for himself as he continued traveling. Upon hearing news that his youngest brother had gotten married, Lugh opted to come to Manta Carlos and spend time with his family and give the newlywed couple his blessing.
