"Fine, you stay here then..." he jumped up and flew towards the guy and landed behind his snowball wall. His back against the wall he asked him, "Hi my name's Lance, what's yours?" he said sticking his hand out to shake his hand.

"GAH!" he yelled, nearly falling over. The guy scared him half to death.
"Well, didn't see that one coming. No matter, it's nice to meet ya, Lance. Name's Legault Zanbatos. Obviously, I'd prefer just Legault." he said with a smile as he shook his hand.

He grinned. "Anyone who just so happens to come into my field of vision. Doesn't narrow it down much, does it?" he said with a laugh.
"Well, whilst we are chatting, getting to know each other, what powers do you have? Other than the wings and all?"

"Well, I can produce and manipulate dark energies", he said,Could I get any more vague? he thought. "Watch", he held his hand out in front of him and a black orb appeared in front of his hand. He squinted his eyes sharply, and then th eorb whiplashed like a blade and cut a bearby snowman in half. "Man, that was a toughy... do you like?" he said, "oh, where are my manners, what are your abilities?" he said curiously.
"Ooh, goodie. A Dark One. Well, if you must know, I possess inhuman agility. You know the saying 'Hands quicker than the eye'? Probably came from me." he said with a somewhat-arrogant smile.
"Also, I can stop time for specific objects. Hmm... lets give an example..." he said thoughtfully, looking around. Then he grabbed one of his snowballs, and threw it towards a tree. A few feet before the tree, his arm tensed, and the snowball stopped in midair. After a few seconds, he let it go, and the ball hit the tree.
"I'm trying to learn to rewind time too, but it'll take awhile." he said with a chuckle.

Then he began to look at his fingernails. "Eh, I was born with them both. No freak-radioactive accidents here." he said jokingly, laughing.
"Hmm... you know, I met a guy with powers somewhat similar to yours. Not nearly as talkative as you though."

He turned around to face the kids, and grabbed a snowball.
"Pick your target wisely. I'd rather not be nuked by some super-powerful... uh... power today." he said with a sheepish grin.
