So for Cedric , the number one thing that he's having a problem with is opening up to new people. Friends aren't his priority.
With your help, hopefully we can change that.
Cedric was planning on getting his own place, but the space he needs to function is relatively low compared to most people, so he'd find it to be a waste to get an entire apartment/dorm and only use a fraction of it.
Additionally, I'd like to have Cedric taken out of his comfort zone since normally he is rather small compared to many students. Nothing too drastic, of course, but if a character wants to mess with him a bit for the sake of fun, whether it be poking and prodding, or even trying to hold him like a small pet, or even sneak up on him and spook him, it should slowly bring him out of his cold shell.
We can discuss the specifics of exactly how he gets to the person's place, and details of rent and such in PM.
EDIT: Technically speaking he only needs about a coffee table's worth of space to inhabit since he brought his abode with him. It's a model house he built and travels with, but over the years he has furnished it with good items to give it a homey touch.
