Looking for a guy

A smile grew on Dean's face when she told him that it was courage. He had been right. When she told him about the last time she had used that song, he saw how sad she had gotten all of a sudden. Hoping it would comfort her in some manner, he put an arm around her shoulder and pulled her a little closer, the way his mother would do when he was down in the dumps.

"Of course I liked it." He said wtih a smile. She wanted him to hear another song. He wasn't sure at first if he wanted to hear a third song, but he decided agianst it. "Yeah, okay."

Dean waited as Adrianne began to sing the song. He didn't know how the song would make him feel, so he was a little bit nervous. It's only natural. As she sang the song, something weird began happening. He began looking at Adrianne different. His feelings were slowly changing towards her as she continued to sing.

When he realized what was happening, he tried to fight it, and did, partially, but not completely. He was strong enough nor prepared, to stop himself from what he did next. The second she finished her song, He leaned in and kissed her. It was quick, but still a kiss on the lips. After that, he wasn't completely sure why he did it, but he just did.

Dean was still a little confused about what he had just done. It was still a little bit fuzzy but he only remembered one thing: kissing Adrianne. He couldn't believe himself! He couldn't believe her! He was pretty sure what the emotion was for that song. "Yeah...I think I did," He said,a nd slowly slid off of the branch and dropped ot the floor landing on his feet.

THe second he dropped to the floor, he rethought about what he was about to do. He as only thinking of himself, not of Adrianne..maybe she didn't want it to turn out like that. He collapsed to te ground, his back hitting the trunk of the tree. He just needed to think for a moment.

Dean knew that Adrianne was something something, but he couldn't hear her...he was drowing out her voice to try and hear his own thoughts. He looked up at her and nodded for her to come down to where he was.

Still his mind was racing, his feelings were jumbled and, now, he didn't know what he felt towards her anymore. He knew that he still liked her, just not that way...at least, he thought he didn't like her that way. "I'm not mad at you. Just...why?"

Dean listened to Adrianne's side of the story. It was only fair. His slight anger towards her slowly went fading as she told him about why she wanted to try it out. With a sigh, he said, "It's okay. Just listen, you're a really nice person. And I like talking with you, but I don't want to be influenced into liking you by you and your songs. I want my feelings towards you to unfold by themselves...okay?" He meant all this in a friendly way. Well, the majority was in a friendly way.
