"Oh wow. And I was just kidding about that... " Zora remarked laughingly when Stefan told her about Freya's love stories as they started off walking towards, what she assumed, where some shops to pick up whatever Stefan needed to make dinner.

"The real question I now have is... Are your mother's "love stories" based on her own personal experiences or are they just made up fables to tell her son at bedtime?" she asked curiously as she gently tightened her grip, somewhat possessively, when Stefan pulled her closer.

"Uhhhh....both? I don't really inquire about my mother's love life. But I do know that she follows mortals closely do those things."

Stefan shrugged a little. His mom was a curious goddess. But that didn't change that he cherished her deeply and was still excited for her to meet the witch currently holding onto his arm. The two would get along famously.

"Here we are, just need a few things and then we can head to my place."

As they headed inside, Stefan smiled to Zora. It wasn't much he needed, just a couple things to round out the meal he had in mind. Walking the aisles, he grabbed the items he needed. Pausing when they got to the popcorn, he carefully picked out some with extra butter and grabbed a thing of 'movie theater salt.'

Paying at the front, they moved back outside and he looked over and down at his girlfriend.

"Ready to check my place out?"

Following Stefan around the grocery store, and up and down the aisles, Zora, who rarely, if ever, went food shopping, had to admit that she found it all rather fascinating. She had had no idea that rice could be bought in a bag that you could just reheat or that cookies, you could bake at home, could be found in a refrigerated tube.

When they were finally done, Zora exited the store with Stefan.

"Of course, lead the way," she said as she offered to carry one of the bags of food back to his place.
