My character (Akane) needs friends and I thought Ellyn could be a good one (if the offer still stands, of course). ^^ I also have an idea of how they could meet, so I really hope I'll get a positive answer from you!

Great, thanks! Well, you've mentioned the library is the place where Ellyn could be found, while it is also a great place for Akane to collect some information about the species that live around here. So they could meet there and Ellyn could help Akane with studies.
If you have some other idea, I'd be happy to hear it! As you probably noticed I'm new at this, so any kind of help is greatly appreciated! ^^
