Local youth explodes

So my very good boy is gonna be doing some spooky necromancy stuff that's definitely off the books. But for magic this big, he needs help. So I'm calling all wizard types, mostly students, who don't mind breaking some serious rules for a cool story. And who don't mind being in the blast radius when it doesn't work out so well for him.
