Alright, this is a big ‘un. Liun was very much kidnapped during his holiday and was kidnapped and tortured by a group of not great people. They mainly used a drug which completely nullified all abilities and reduced him to being like a human, plus they were able to completely control how and when he shifted. This has had an effect on his abilities, with them all being a bit dulled when he first comes back to the island, but comes back over time.
New Ability Set
Active Abilities: Enchanted Spear - Following his trip back to the Akt’Anir community, Liun has acquired a new spear much more attuned to himself. The spear seemingly looks like it’s made of ice but it cannot be melted, and it’s permanently cold to the touch. Just like his previous spear, he is able to call it back to himself if it becomes separated from him. However, he is unable to coat this spear in ice and make it sharper. Instead, when he strikes the spear tip in anything and wills it, it will create a frost that spreads from where the strike occurred. It can also spread to anything that touches the frost. It’s only able to spread for 5 seconds before it’ll stop then rapidly melt. The frost is cold enough to cause a cold burn for a human.
Shifting - Liun is capable of shifting between a human form and a partial-dragon form. He was previously capable of freely shifting between a human and dragon form, but he is completely unable to shift into his dragon form for an indefinite time. Currently, he has vague control of shifting and it is easily affected by emotions. It’s easier for him to shift into his partial form than it is to shift back into human form. He is able to spend a month in human form before he has to shift into his partial form for 6 constant hours. Failing to do this results in dizziness and headaches which can severely impair his day-to-day life. The use of a human shape charm can reduce the effects of this.
Passive Abilities: Lifespan and Healing - As a member of the Rukt'In clan, Liun has a long lifespan. He has a lifespan up to 40,000 years. Previously, he would’ve been unable to shift from his dragon form into human form in his final years, but since he is unable to shift into dragon form it is likely he’ll be unable to shift from his partial form. He will turn into an ice statue.
Liun has a regenerative factor, although it is not as impressive as others in his family. In his human form, he is able to heal severe injuries within a couple of weeks, and even be able to heal lost limbs within a year. In his partial form, he is able to heal severe injuries in around a week, and able to heal lost limbs within two months.
Heightened Senses - Liun has heightened senses superior to a human. His sense of smell, hearing and eyesight is equivalent to that of a wolf.
Dragon Physiology - In human form, Liun has a highly athletic body. He is far stronger and faster than the average human, and could be considered athletic among those in his clan. In human form, he's able to lift up to 925kg, which is roughly half the average weight of a car, and is able to run up to 35mph. Both of these are the maximum of what he is capable of in his human form.
In his partial form, he is able to lift up to 1850kg, double what he is capable of in human form. Additionally, his maximum run speed is increased to 40mph. His body is covered in a mixture of ice and scales, shaped and styled like armour. There are areas, such as his lower face and bottom of his hands, not covered but where the scales connects with skin, it appears to be fused together. The scales are capable of slowing a bullet down enough to only cause minor damage to Liun’s body itself. However, damaging the scales is directly hurting Liun. Breaking a part of it is excruciatingly painful for him. His teeth change to be much sharper than a human, and is able to cut through flesh like butter with a warm knife. Add in he has a bite strength, even in his partial form, to a nile crocodile. Part of the scales around his arms and his nails form claws, each being as sharp as knives.
Cold Resistance - Cold Resistance - Liun has an above average cold resistance compared to others in his clan. He is able to survive decently comfortably with no protective equipment in Antarctic waters for a few days. This time can be extended only slightly in his partial form.
Weaknesses: Heat/Fire - Heat and fire do more damage to Liun, regardless of his form. Straight up heat does not do as much damage, especially when he is in partial form. But it does weaken his scales, and makes other attacks a little more effective. Fire can damage the ice scales in his partial form faster than anything else, especially in combination with blunt force.
Magic - Liun has a general weakness to magic regardless to what form he is in.

Changes From Current Abilties
- Spear is back again!
- Removed capability to create his ice armour, it’s gone.
- He is now able to shift into a partial form, but is unable to shift into dragon form.
- Lifespan and healing was adjusted to change mention of dragon form to partial form, with mention in regards to regeneration in the healing aspect of it for his partial form.
- Senses remained the same.
- Dragon physiology had the most changes. His physiology in human form has remained the same, but added all the stuff related to it for his partial form.
- Cold resistance overall stayed the same, but changed mention that dragon form could increase resistance a bit to partial form instead.
- Heat/Fire weakness has stayed the same, but changed the mention of the armour to mention of the partial form (since that’s where his armour is at now).
- Magic weakness overall stayed the same, but he’s technically more vulnerable to it now since his old armour was able to provide protection while his partial form is weak to it just like human form.
