Liun Rukt’In’s friend

Liun is my Rukt’In dragon. He’s fairly new to the island, and doesn’t know anyone yet. However, he does know one person which this wanted ad is for!

Liun was invited to the island by a close friend who is also magical/supernatural in nature. The two have known each other since Liun got to land after the Antarctica colony. He was the one who convinced Liun to become a firefighter, as well. The two are close and understand each other deeply, and are good at spotting if something is amiss in the other.

Requirements

• The character has to be male, or be able to switch genders and is dominantly male.
• They have to physically be around the same age as Liun (late 20s to early 30s).
• They have to either be immortal or age slowly.
• They would have had to live on one of the nearby communities close to Antarctica at some point.
• They have to be a firefighter.
• They have to either have water or ice magic/manipulation which could be learned or a result of their species.
• Some events must happen which result in the character going to Manta Carlos/being invited, then inviting Liun along.
• Although not absolutely required, the character likely is pretty skilful due to taking various jobs over the years.

You are free to decide

• The species of the person.
• Any additional powers along with magic/manipulation.
• The personality (but preferably someone who can deal with Liun).
• Any relationships relating to the character.
• Most of their bio, but still including the above/below points.

The only other notes I can state is that Liun and his friend met after Liun left Antarctica. They both quickly knew of each other’s status as magical/supernatural. The two have roamed the world together, but more than likely did different things. They have, on more than one occasion, lived together as roommates.
