This is another passive. It's an aura.
It's an aura that brings all people/creatures who come within 37 1/3 feet of her to all become equals in powers, skills, aptitudes, and abilities within her range. Everything levels to an average. Strangely enough, the aura does not affect Liliana in any way. She is immune to it. (It does not affect physical qualities like beauty or health.)
Active ability:
To counter and nullify the effects of the (regalia's) passive equalizing ability. Liliana always wears a ring on her left hand that keeps the equalizing aura in check.
