Appearance Description: Leto outwardly appears to be small in a lot of departments. She stands at 5’1 and has an average build, maybe even a bit of a slim build. She does, however, have well toned muscles.
She has clear, olive coloured skin. Weather doesn’t really cause any changes to her skin colour so she doesn’t tan or sunburn in the summer, or pale in the winter. She a reasonable amount of freckles on her face and arms. Her knuckles and hands have peculiar scarring in the form of permanent bruising.
She has short, messy black hair, the ends of which are a light silver. It’s a quite noticeable contrast between the black and silver. She usually keeps her hair neat enough for it to not get in the way of her face.
She has dark brown eyes which can look similar to black in certain lighting.
When on duty, she wears a standard uniform with very little deviation except for navy blue gloves.
When off duty, she usually wears a black tank top, black jogging bottoms and black trainers. In colder weather, she wears the exact same except with a grey parker. However, with both forms, she’ll always be wearing a dark blue beanie.
Personality Description: Leto has a peculiar personality. On one hand, she has a strong sense of justice. She will always try her best to do things by the book, and actively attempts to discourage people from breaking the law. She’s been like this for as long as she can remember. However, she doesn’t really come off as kind.
She attempts to help in any situation and hates the feeling that she is useless.
Leto also has three distinctive traits: anger, fear and sorrow. All three of these emotions can trigger quite easily for Leto. She’s had years of counselling for her to get a grip on these emotions, so they don’t affect as too bad. However, when they really kick in, they kick in.
When experiencing any of these three emotions truly, she becomes very… unreasonable. She is very agitated in this state and any little thing can set her off. This could be described as a form of sensory overload. When she gets set off in this state, she will usually lash out at anyone in vicinity.

Powers: Bloodlust - This power is the reason why Leto’s emotions are quite touchy. Events which cause her anger, fear or sorrow affect her much more significantly than a regular person. However, when these emotions go up, her physical strength also goes up. Her reaction time becomes quicker, her senses become sharper, she’s faster and generally has increased physical strength.
However, it can become really easy for her to lose control of herself in this state and cause herself to attempt to attack other people in the vicinity, no matter if they are friend or foe. Alternatively, she could just outright become unconscious from the strain of trying to control it.
After being in this state, she feels immensely emotionally drained and tired. She could easily sleep for a full 24 hours after using her power with little to no health negatives.
Biography: Leto was born the youngest of 5 children. She had three older brothers, one older sister, and a single father. Her mother had left the family after meeting a wealthy businessman not long after Leto was born.
Leto’s father tried his best to support the family, but this resulted in the children basically having to raise themselves. Her oldest brother and her sister acted as parents, in a way.
The children rapidly became dysfunctional. Either due to working themselves like their father, or turning to crime, or just straight up leaving.
In the end, Leto’s father died from overworking himself. Two of her brothers had already left, leaving only her, her oldest brother and her sister. They just tried to make the best of what they had.
This was when Leto’s power began manifesting, at age 6. It began as temper tantrums at school. It was initially just thought to be just simply temper tantrums. But they kept on occuring in a seemingly random way. It was then considered to possibly be sensory overload. But it kept continuing, and the tantrums were getting more frequent and violent.
Then she had a tantrum at home. It began as usual, she started getting really agitated like a typical temper tantrum for a child. Except this tantrum resulted in her actually attacking her older sister. Her sister wasn’t really hurt, but it was still alarming.
For the next year, they attempted to get counselling for her but nothing was working. Leto’s remaining two siblings began realising that she was also getting stronger during these outbursts.
They were afraid, and they did what their mother did. They left Leto alone with nothing more than a note. Leto lived on the streets for another year, the outbursts rapidly getting worse. But, thankfully, Manta Carlos scouts were able to find her. It became rapidly apparent that what she had wasn’t typical problems but likely some kind of power due to the strength boost she got.
She arrived to Manta Carlos when she was 8, and started attending Starlight Academy. She was put in an orphanage, but was never adopted. However, she’s never seemed to have a problem with this.
She willingly attended counselling sessions, talks and various other activities and services to get a grip on her emotions. From years of it, it has worked enough for her to no longer be considered dysfunctional.
During high school, she did the Junior Police course just because she could. The subjects were interesting for her, so she just decided to do them. But, after high school, she was hit with the sudden realisation that she didn’t really know what direction to take her life.
So, she took a year off. She had a part time job during this time, and just spent the time figuring things out. Then, after it all, she decided to attend the Police Academy. After the academy, she did her probationary year and is now a new patrol officer on the force.
