A girl that looked a few years into her teens with long flowing blonde hair stood in the middle of the room, her hands stretched out before her. Her emerald green eyes were focused intently on a target placed a few feet ahead of her and similar targets were spaced a few inches apart all the way around the room on the walls; all of which were moving towards her. Vines that had protruded from the ground were wildly lashing around her, seemingly aiming at the targets.

As one target reached her, the girl let her arms down and slumped onto the ground, breathing hard. All the targets returned to their original positions on the wall and a woman of middle age--apparently the instructor--suddenly appeared from the corner of the room. She walked towards the girl and handed her an ice pack, "You did better."

The girl gratefully accepted the ice pack and pressed it to her forehead, "But I missed all the targets again ..."

The instructor smiled, "Aurora, try being a bit more optimistic for once will you? You've never attempted at the offensive arts until now. Naturally you would have close to no control over what you summon. It's impressive enough that the vines you just called forth didn't start lashing at you."

Aurora smiled a little, feeling a bit better and shakily got back on her feet, "I'm ready to try again."

The instructor laughed and led Aurora to a chair on the opposite side of the room, "Don't try pushing yourself so hard either. If you were to try again now, you'd definitely pass out, not to mention the possibility of some pretty nasty injuries. Rest here until you can walk again, class is over for you today." She then returned to her original post at the wall, waiting for the next student to come.
