Whiver listened intently at the explanation. After he was done, he made an 'ohh' sound and nodded. A smile crossed his face again. So it was sort of like Natural Energy - it did come naturally. "That's really neat, actually." he commented.

"The way mine works is like a battery, I guess. You charge up, and the you either release the energy slowly or quickly; depends on what you want to do. Either way, you're constantly using up energy in order to stay alive." he explained. It was only fair that he explain how his worked after Shinji explained his.

Shinji sighed in relief to see that Whiver understood what he was trying to tell him and it seemed he understood quite well actually. Shinji smiled a little knowing that he was able to get that part out of the way since that was probably the most stressful part for him when meeting new people. He wasn't that good with words let alone explanations so that was good to finally get out of the way.

Listening to his explanation now, Shinji understood the simply put way of telling him how it worked. "That's cool but it seems like a hassle to constantly have to recharge, whether it be daily, weekly, or something else. Seems like too much to really worry about." Shinji stated, adding in his own two cents.

Whiver shrugged at his statement. It wouldn't have been much of a hassle if he had been living up with the rest of his tribe, but down here... "Yeah, it's a bit of a hassle. I have to charge Daily with the Backup Generator I got. I can store up to a month of energy in my body. The average Krilbrit can store up to a month and a half. Though, since I'm a bit smaller than most..." He shrugged again.

"So... Hey. Would you like to get some coffee or something? I mean, standing and hovering here is great and all, but sitting is even better."

"They get bigger...?" Shinji said in absolute surprise. These people must behemoths in size and stature. Its almost weird seeing someone so big and then find out he is smaller than most in his racial standards. This place gets weirder by the day and nothing ceases to surprise Shinji. You would think that these things would finally catch him and he would get used to it but not this time. He seems to be astounded by every new thing he finds here, especially today.

Shinji thought for a moment. He was looking to relax anyways so why not go for something to sip on while relaxing. "Sure. We might as well. Though I may get something else since I'm not one to drink coffee. Maybe some tea or something of that sort." Shinji said. He was never one to like coffee very much so he figured he should put that out there really quick just to get it out of the way.

"Yeah, the average height for the males in my species are around twelve feet," he replied. Tucking his feet up, he began hovering in the air. "The tallest in my tribe was thirteen feet, six inches. He was massively built, too." Making his way out of the park, he nodded at the other.

"That's fine. Whatever you want, man. I'm probably just going to get some water. I don't need to really eat since my diet is basically just absorbing electricity, but I still need to stay hydrated."

"Wow that's a little too big. Never thought I'd meet someone from a race of giants, no offensive on the giant thing though. Obviously humans only grow to around the 6 foot mark. I'm sure you've noticed that by now since everyone is either 6 foot or shorter than even that. I've even seen some people that are shorter than 5 feet. But Either way, you guys must be huge which only makes me wonder why you're only halve the size of the average height for your species." Hopefully Shinji didn't cross any boundaries by asking such a question.

"Well if you need some food just speak up since I kind of got you covered in that area. Though water is contradicting to me. I can ingest it just fine but my body can't be exposed to too much of it or it'll kind of start to sting since I guess it has something to do with the electricity I constantly produce."

The question did sort of strike a nerve, but it was understandable. Who wouldn't wonder such a thing? Shrugging, he played with the end of his sash a bit. Was that... was that a pout. "Sure, it's a bit weird, but think of it this way. Say the average height for a guy is five foot ten or something. Think of me as just the four foot nine friend."

When the other spoke about water, Whiver nodded. "The same sort of goes for us. We can ingest water just fine, but when it comes to getting wet it gets really uncomfortable..."

"That sounds reasonable." Shinji started as they continued their conversation. It was obvious that the question bothered him to some extent but at the same time it seemed as if he shrugged it off rather easily in the time that it really mattered. He must have sucked it up and just explained since it was an obvious question to ask, not to mention it was their first time meeting, or even talking. Shinji had no idea not to ask such a question nor did he know it would be such a personal question.

Shinji began to walk off slowly now though since they decided to go get some beverages and what not. It was cool that he had the same relation to water that Shinji had but it still sucked nonetheless considering the condition. He assumed that Whiver would begin to walk with him since they did just make plans to get something to drink not to mention it was his idea in the first place.

@"Keith"

Whiver took no time in hovering after the other male, catching up and keeping pace with him no problem. He floated on in silence, trying to think of something to talk about. A few moments passed before he actually said anything.

"Sooo..." he started, looking to Shinji. "Since when have you had your electric capabilities? Like, was it an all-your-life thing or, like, an event that triggered it?"

Shinji continued to walk in silence since they had run out of things to talk about for the moment. It was actually in Shinji's mind to try and make conversation but while in the process of thinking, Whiver made the first move and started to talk. It was good that someone made conversation since things would have went a little worse than expected since this was the first time they have even met. Whiver started off by asking when Shinji got his powers, this wasn't something that Shinji would have expected. For some people it was a personal question and other times it was just a simply answer or explanation. For Shinji however, it wasn't something he wanted to talk about generally.

Thinking to himself on how he would answer the question, Shinji kept quiet for a moment or two after the question was put out on the table. It wasn't long before Shinji answered. "Well, I have to say I unlocked it when I was younger but I never had it all my life. However, what unlocked it was another story. I'd rather not talk about it though. Sorry if that comes of a little rude." Shinji finished with his head hanging a little low. It wasn't because he was depressed or sad in any way. It was more that he was hoping that Whiver would understand and Shinji wouldn't have to talk about it anymore. It wasn't that traumatic of an experience. Actually, it wasn't traumatic at all. Shinji just doesn't want to talk about it because for some reason it bothers him, he isn't sure how just yet though. but he will someday.
