Name: Kuro Couvillion
Age:22
Birthday:5/11
Gender: Male
Species: Nekomata
Job: Teacher
Class: Summons

Appearance Description: White-grey hair, Black sclera, a yellow left iris and icy blue right iris. Eyes glow in the dark. Often dressed shabbily.

Personality Description: Kuro is very unmotivated, only really caring about what fun he can have that day. His appearance, job and even his life are all afterthoughts. The only thing he truely cares about is his twin sister Keira, who he is very protective over. Hurt her... He will obliterate you. His reason for teaching was her pushing him, and he chose to teach summons simply because it comes naturally to him... It wasn't as easy as he thought it would be though. Turns out not everyone can summon in the same way. Despite his lack of motivation, hes made sure he can do his job well enough, and will occasionally even take an interest in his students progress... Or lack there of. Everyone roots for the underdog, don't they?
He's also unlikely to use his probability manipulation often, as that would take away some of the fun of life.

Powers:
Summoning:
Kuro has access to many summons, which seems to have something to do with his yellow eye. Each summon takes energy to use and control, some more than others. In some extreme cases, these can take a massive toll on his body, physically manafesting in blood coming from his yellow eye, though most wear and tear is internal, starting with fatigue and culminating in torn muscles and internal bleeding.
-Common Summons:
Rune and Rain: Two skeletal serpent dragons bathed in blue flame. They are capable of breathing the same blue flames in concentrated streams capable of melting steel. They are quite affectionate, and their flame coated bodies simply feel warm to those they are showing love to.
Masamana: A sentiate demon blade capable of changing its length and width, ranging from a dagger to a buster sword. The blade is moody, however, making it unreliable. It has a foul mouth, and often berates its weilder for their mistakes. The plus side is it is not going to break or wear down, unless faced with another demon blade.
Kabe-Kabe: A massive bird-like creature with a bone-looking armored body. This bone is tough as steel. With its 12 foot long wingspan, Kabe-Kabe is often called on for defensive needs, besides the obvious usefulness of flight. Kabe-Kabe is hard to control, however.

Schrödinger's Cat:
Teleportation: With this ability the twins can teleport between unobserved points. Technically, in the moment no one is staring at them they both exists and do not exist in all unseen locations. Being observed it limited to anyone but themselves (IE: one twin staring at another does not stop them from using their abilities), but they cannot teleport while in sight of automated surveillance (cameras etc.).
When teleporting the twins teleport to a random recently visited (within the week) location, though they are more likely to end up in a places they've visited more often in that week. They cannot choose where they teleport, and there is a two hour cooldown between teleports. They may also not teleport when bound by anything (Ie: tied up or in handcuffs).

Unobserved Healing (passive): While not being observed the twins can heal their wounds at a 15% faster rate than normal humans. If they haven’t finished healing 100% when someone looks at them, they immediately revert back to how wounded they were before they were originally unobserved.
This power also allows them to revive. When killed and unobserved, the twins will teleport to a random location they had visited recently and revive. They will be weakened, in constant pain, and have trouble focusing or functioning for up to a week afterward. This power always has the tendency to give them odd, adverse effects, such as stuttering, or trouble with depth perception. These negative effects don't add onto each other, rather they change with every new death faced and are kept until the next death occurs.

Accelerated Probability: Using this ability, the twins are capable of foreseeing possible outcomes to the choices they make. They then can choose what they feel would be the best course of action. However, even when predicting how to get a certain outcome, that doesn't always guarantee success, as the twins only have one chance to get things right. They can only see the short-term effect (the immediate effect, no effect beyond the next hour will be known) for one set of outcomes at a time and when using this ability too frequently they get the black box effect (seen below).

Black Box Effect: The black box effect is when the twins have used their accelerated probability too much. With this downside, they are given false information when trying to see the outcome of their events, leading the best options to be their worst option. There is no tell for when this is happening and it is abrupt. It's duration heavily depends on how much the twins have used their accelerated probability power. At its best, it has lasted only two days and at its worse it has lasted two weeks.

- Limbo State: When not being viewed by anyone, the twins are in a limbo state of existence and non-existence. This is a cold, lonely feeling, as though one is about to completely disappear. It has the tendency to cause panic attacks and make the person in limbo feel extremely cold. During limbo state, they’re not fully present or gone. ?

Species Abilities: Certain traits of cats apply to him as well, such as near perfect night vision, and the ability to land on his feet from most falls. He also has above average agility and speed compaired to a normal human.

Biography: It was cold, dark and he couldn't breathe... That is Kuro's oldest memory. He doesn't quite know what it meant, but... From what he knows now, he can make assumptions. His next memory is from when he was four, coming to in an alleyway, clinging to Keira, his sister. His first memory where he was aware of himself... This is where the story begins.
Kuro and Keira were your typical street urchins; stealing, pickpocketing, and whatever else it took to get by, with only each other to rely on. Being such a tender young age though, they couldn't exactly stand up to an angry shopkeep or a threatening adult... They got beat... A lot. Despite their best efforts, and despite Kuro's refusal to back down... They were just children after all.

At age six, they ended up in a worse situation. A crazed and desperate man wanted the food they had stolen for themselves. Knife in hand, he wasn't taking no for an answer. He killed them both and ran... Kuro distinctly remembers his last sight. Reaching out to his sister as his vision went black... Then he woke up. Back in the same old alleyway they had found themselves in so long ago. A subtle pain in his formerly slashed throat was there upon his awakening, but no mark. No scar. Nothing. It was as though nothing had happened to either of them. This was the point they discovered their Schrodinger ability. They were alive!

By age eight, they had discovered their ability to see scenarios. They could see what each path would lead to. As kids in such a situation would, they used this endlessly, testing the limits, changing their luck, getting everything they could. In the first week, they had managed to steal enough food to fill their bellies for the first time they could remember, trick hotels into letting them stay rent-free by saying the right things, and even manage to grab a wallet with $200 in it. More money than either had ever seen... But all good things come to an end, and they found... the other side of this power. This day, Black Sunday as they would call it, was their first experience with the Black Box effect. It was day where all their 'luck' reversed. First the hotel kicked them out, then Kuro tripped and fell into a lineup of motorcycles outside of a dive bar. The gang that owned them... Were not ok with calling it an accident, and chased down the children as they ran away. However, their luck wouldn't even let them escape, and they were soon cornered down an alley. Their visions were all wrong, but they had no idea why... Kuro remembers feeling his heart racing, near bursting. He couldn't... He wouldn't watch his sister die again! He stood in front of her, a foolish and hopeless attempt to keep them all back... He didn't know at the time what had happened. Even now he doesn't know why it happened, but he stopped caring a long time ago... There was blue fire, the men who weren't caught up in the inferno ran for their lives. He remembered a piercing pain in his left eye, blood dripping from it... Then everything stopped. He collapsed. This was the first time he had summoned Rune and Rain.

While they were thirteen, they rescued a kitty, and caught the eye of the right person... he assumes anyway. They ended up invited to this school... And that was life. Even when they aged past school, this had become a home for them. With his sister teaching, and him doing the same to stick around, he is simply content to live here, far away from the old streets they used to bleed on.
