Her face has mature features for her age, with her dark blue eyes often seeming cold whenever she is not displaying a soft smile, a typical expression of hers. Kuni's soft blonde hair reaches her lower back, she likes to wear it loose most of the time but experiments with other styles as well. The same goes for her fashion: On some days she might go for a simple top and shorts, on others choosing more elaborate styles or creating her own, although she slightly prefers skirts over pants. Her makeup matches her outfit, ranging from none at all to sophisticated and elegant, but almost never wears any jewellery. She does not like to reveal her weight of 59kg (130 lbs).
Personality Description: Kunigunde is curious but can be kind of shy, especially since she does not want to bother anybody. She is a romantic, calm but in no way phlegmatic. Sometimes she can miss what is going on in her surroundings as she is deep in thought, also she can be hesitant to act or speak out when she encounters an injustice, even though she has a kind heart. Hurting her is easy even if she does not express it.
Powers: Not too long ago Kuni's 'healing hands' awakened. Touching a creature, she can concentrate on her ability to help them recover from wounds, sickness or any kind of ailment. Healing a scratch will only take a second, mending a bone might require a 10 minute massage. The process never hurts and creates a warm and soothing feeling in the target, but is exhausting for Kunigunde if it takes a long while. Knowing what exactly the target suffers from makes the healing significantly more efficient. Kuni can use it on herself as well, but has to constantly concentrate while doing so and it is just as exhausting.
Later she discovered that she could imbue handheld objects with her powers too, extending her reach. The more dense and small the object is, the easier it is for her. The item will lose the healing property a few seconds after she let go of it.
Biography: Kunigunde's earliest memory is her first day in kindergarten, holding her mother's hand as she went through the door. She was surprised to find out that others could remember dates much earlier than that. It was in a rural fishing town in Japan located on a forested mountain slope going all the way too the sea. First she had no problem finding friends, but over the years she noticed how much her single mother was ostracized and gossiped about, causing the other children to adopt their parents' behaviour and bullying Kuni-chan, as she was called by most people back then; nobody used her proper Japanese middle name. It was a gradual, slow process, without really traumatic events. Kuni did not even realize at first that she was slowly becoming unhappy, eventually solely focusing on school instead of socializing. It peaked when she started middle school where she had hoped to start anew. Quickly it showed that her alien appearance in combination with the gossip about her mother having already spread meant she would have to work hard to get friends here – which she didn't. Instead she gave up, becoming a lethargic shell and losing her appetite, losing weight as well, reaching an unhealthy level.
One day her mother sat down with her, saying that she had found a well-paying job in Germany and asking her daughter what she would think about moving. Kuni never asked how that opportunity came to be. At that moment she hated Japan and just wanted to go, she might get disappointed again but everything would be better than staying. A month later they moved to a town in southwestern Germany. Of course she struggled with the language at first, but Kuni was rather quick to pick it up, having a knack for linguistics. This time she did find friends. She came back to a healthy weight and was happy once more, though much more reserved now than when she was a child. She even learned to like Japan again and loves to visit the country.
When her powers awakened, she kept it secret. She mostly used it on herself, her mother while she was asleep or some stray animals, to this day having no explanation for them. Eventually her mother told Kuni that she knew of her powers and thought they were a good thing, but she did not know why Kuni had them either and agreed that it was better to not tell anyone. Secretive as always Kuni's mother said that she had met someone who knew of a place where extraordinary people gathered.
