Konpeitō's switching out his species-shifting for adaptation abilities and is getting immortality from Jericho.

Under Actives:

Shape-shifting - Kon can shape-shift into any form between 1’ and 10' tall, including supernatural creatures, but excluding deities, embodiments, eldritch, and similar. He can only imitate creatures he has thoroughly researched and the ingested DNA of. The more DNA, the more effective the shifting. His animal forms can be given human traits (ex. the ability to speak). His shifting works on a cellular level, letting him shift his DNA in a variety of ways. In general, he can change his natural scent, voice, blood type, and partial shift.

Imitating a creature will grant Kon the bare minimum of their abilities, weaknesses, and their general mindset. Additionally, he will register as that species physiologically and magically. With each ability comes a weakness of equal value. Abilities and weaknesses he manifests will have to be from DNA he has already ingested. Kon can choose up to 3 abilities that weaken with each addition, but he cannot choose his weaknesses and mindset. He can only hold onto the DNA of 3 species at a time. To become another species outside of his current 3, he has to switch one out. He can become a crossbreed of up to 2 species, but not if they directly contradict each other, so no angel-demon or fire-water hybrids. On that note, he can’t use more than 1 element and cannot take on enhanced sensory or regenerative abilities. It takes Kon 5 minutes to switch out and fully manifest 1 power.

Examples
Werewolf: Supernaturally durable; Deep burns when touching silver; Acts like the animal he takes after.
Vampires: Supernaturally fast and sucks blood; Burns in the sun and suffers from blood lust; Acts like a predator.
Finfolk: Fast swimmer, can breathe underwater, is supernaturally beautiful; Easily dehydrates from heat, deep burns when touching iron, can only eat humanoid meat; Prefers being near the ocean.

Kon's shifting isn't under his complete control. He must pay close attention to every part of himself to keep his form consistent; otherwise, his form will change based on his mindset. When sad, his colors will dull; when scared, he'll look small and frail; and when angry, he'll look monstrous.

General Ability Stats
Ranges:
Auras: 10 Feet
Elemental Control: Eyesight

Strengths:
Flight Speed: As fast as a bird
Supernatural Strength: Can lift 1 ton with some effort
Supernatural Speed: Can run 100 mph with some effort
Supernatural Durability: Can be hit by a car with minor damage
Enhanced [Strength/Speed/Durability/Etc]: Peak Human Ability
Elemental Manipulation: Can manipulate up to half an Olympic swimming pool of his element

Copycat: Konpeitō can shape-shift into any form between 1’ and 10' tall, though these changes are mostly cosmetic. He can also change his natural scent, voice, and blood type. The functional side of his shifting is more complicated. Researching his desired changes and ingesting the DNA of a creature that has what he wants will result in the change being more reliable. He can use 3 functional changes at a time, and it takes him 5 minutes to fully manifest and switch out 1 attribute. It takes him 3 minutes if he very recently ingested DNA with the attributes he wants. His animal forms can be given human traits (ex. the ability to speak), though those also require time to manifest.

Examples: Growing wings allow him to fly. If he becomes a bird, he would still need to wait the 3-5 minutes to be able to fly. Growing muscles strengthens him within a human range. Growing scales gives him enhanced durability (enough to take on the impact of a car).

An adaptation from his Liquid Cat ability takes up 1 of his slots. If all the slots are taken, the least useful or most similar attribute will be replaced.

Under Passives:

Removing because it'll be negated by his immortality: Unaging but mortal.

Bringing back sleeplessness: Doesn't need sleep to survive but can sleep when desired.

This is an edit on his Regeneration, so the bolded parts are what's being added.

Life is Cheap: In most cases, Konpeitō heals from wounds and illnesses faster than a human. The rate of healing depends on the severity of the wound suffered. For minor injuries, such as minor bruising and lacerations, he heals at a rate comparable to a human. He heals more quickly as the injury becomes more severe: up to taking several minutes to regenerate lost major organs or limbs. If Kon is kept on some kind of life support while he heals, he can even survive injuries that would normally be fatal. Death results in Konpeitō reviving several hours to a day later, depending on the extent of the damage. Total bodily destruction has him resurrect in his home. Kon cannot die from old age.

His adaptation ability, which is basically the passive part of his functional shape-shifting:

Liquid Cat: Konpeitō's body will automatically adapt to situations that cause him stress, and then rapidly restore to his default state when the danger/stress is no longer present. The speed at which these adaptations occur is dependent on a number of factors: level of stress/danger, how many changes reasonably need to be made, and how many times the exact situation has occurred to Kon.

Examples: Being trapped underwater is a high danger situation that only really requires one adaptation to survive (gills), so it should only take roughly a minute to achieve. If the reason for being trapped is because the surface of the water is frozen, the change will take longer because Kon also has to adapt to the frigid temperature. The most pressing adaptation would occur first. If Kon is swimming regularly in a pool, the change might not even occur because the situation is low stress.

Most importantly, Kon's adaptations are limited to naturally occurring, physiological abilities and take the path of least resistance. As such he cannot gain abilities such as magic or elemental breath, but things like enhanced strength (up to a threshold of one ton) or flight (with wings) are fair game. Drowning will not turn him into a living water elemental, for example, because that would not be a biological entity and would be too dramatic of a change.

An adaptation from this ability takes up 1 of his 3 Copycat slots. If all the slots are taken, the least useful or most similar attribute will be replaced.

Quick adaptive learning. Once exposed to something or commanded to do something they catch on quickly. For example, it would only take them a month or so to fully understand how to read a language. Something simple such as how to clean a house would take a day or two to learn. Learns roughly five times quicker than the average human.
