Kofi will be finding out that he is actually able to take a person's power away from them. He learns that when he is mentally linked with a person long enough, he is able to “link” with their powers and use severe the connection between a person and their powers to completely remove them from the person.
Power Lock:
In reverse to boosting powers, Kofi is able to take people’s powers away from them. With this power he is can remove a power from a person.
Removing powers is actually a very long process which requires him to be mentally linked to the person who’s powers he is removing and very long physical contact ranging from a few hours or even a few days.
Kofi is only able to remove two powers a week.
The powers Kofi has remove will in fact not completely disappear. It is very possible for the person who had their powers removed to gain them back by either killing Kofi or having him to unerase the power. They can also find someone else to give them the power back as well.
Also as a minor side effect, The person who loses power may lose fragmented memories along with Kofi. Nothing super major, just small bits and pieces here and there.
There are certain powers that Kofi cannot completely take away. Such as species abilities. He cannot really lock away abilities of species this way.
The process of unerasing is similar to erasing a power. The only difference is that unerasing takes way longer than erasing. A few weeks at least.
