Kintaru sighed. "Aelmyr. I told you before we left the Forbidden area. I still love you. Nothing is going to change that." He wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "Cheer up. Please."

She looked at him and smiled, "I know and I thank you greatly I love you to but I thought I had a chanse to go to heaven when I die...because if my wings......but now I'm sure to go to hell."

Kintaru pulled her face around. "Hey. Those wings had nothing to do with where you end up when you die. The only thing that determines that is what you have done in life. From what I've heard, you're not as doomed as you think." He turned, gazing out at the star-strewn sky. "As long as those stars continue to burn, there's still a chance to get into heaven, for everyone."

Then and there for the first time she drew her face close and kissed him gentley upon the lips.

Kinta's heart leapt as she kissed him. He wrapped his amrs around her shoulder, pulling her close, returning the kiss. She loved him, too! Of course, there came responsibilities with loving her, and her loving him in return. He would have to speak with Mogget to see if any sets of bells or pipes had turned up.

Aelmyr smiled and blushed "Do I still need your protection after my flute and syth are repaired?"

Kintaru shook his head. "Maybe, maybe not. That all depends on what is going on back in the Abhorsen's House. I'll have to talk to Mogget in a bit to find out if anything has turned up." He held her close to his side, gazing up at the stars. "You're welcome to come meet him. After all, it is very likely that he will start following you around, too."

"Mogget?" she said at the odd name, "Follow me too?!" she rolled her eyes, "Like bodygaurds?"

"Uhm. No. Think of Mogget as the advisor to the Abhorsens, and protector of those closest to them. When you meet him, I'll read a few portions of the Book of the Dead for you, so that you can understand what he is. But bear in mind. The collar that he wears? Do NOT, at ANY cost, remove it. It's the only thing that keeps the Abhorsen's safe."
