Kotah sat in a chair sideways, his legs draped over one arm of the chair, while his hair fell down from the other. He was reading his Blood Curses 101 book he found in the library the day before while chewing on one of his acupuncture needles. He regretted forgetting the anatomy book the night before, but wasn't too conserned about it.

Right now he was reading on a curse that focused on the body's nerves. It made the chosen areas of the body turn mostly numb with the stinging sensation. He glanced at his thumb where he had it bleeding the other day, then returned his attention to the book.

He lifted the Curses book tward him to glance at the sketchpad behind it. He had been working on something he had learned personally from one of his art teachers about using opposing colors for shadows. He had most of his drawing finished. It was a simple, orangish yellow, number 2 pencil. However, the way he had done the pointalism made it look remarkably real. The shadow actually made the pencil look as if it was coming off the paper. He glanced around before tossing the open sketchpad on the floor infront of his chair to see if anyone would grab for the illusionary pencil.

Leaving Archimedes in her dorm room, exhausted from the night before, Enelya wandered into the lounge. She was searching for a couch, and maybe a cup of apple cider. Doubtful, but still she was optimistic.

As she walked, almost floating, she noticed a familar face. Feeling lighthearted, she hid behind a bookcase, and pointed her finger towards the chair Kotah had been sitting in, and made a yellow rose grow, right out of the arm of the chair. Watching from afar, she giggled, awaiting his response.

Kotah raised an eyebrow at the sprouting plant. He smiled to himself and sipped his tea. Placing his glass on the floor next to his sketchpad, he leaned his head backwards till he was looking behind himself, completely upside down. Not really being able to see that well, let alone pick out someone that was hiding from him, he simply stuck his tongue out and righted himself, going back to reading. He reached for another drink of his tea and glanced at his drawing, ponderously.

Enelya came out from behind the bookcase giggling. "Isn't that just the prettiest rose you ever did see?" she said, admiring her handy work.

She sat down next to his chair, on the chair, raised her arms, and up came a bush, in the shape of a chair, right from under her, raising her to his chair level.

She smiled, and asked "How are you today? It sure was nice out on the walk over here!" She noticed his Curse Book, again.

"You sure do like studying don't you?" she laughed, "I think you should get out more often and smell the roses! Litterally." and winked.

He smiled to himself and nodded quietly, glancing at the flower.

She sat down next to his chair, on the chair, raised her arms, and up came a bush, in the shape of a chair, right from under her, raising her to his chair level.

He put his book down to stare at what was happening right infront of him. Once again, he raised an eyebrow, asking, "Won't the staff get mad if you do stuff like that? I mean, it was really cool, but how are you going to get rid of it?" He laughed a little.

"Oh, I'm doing alright. Just enjoying myself, my tea, and my reading material. I honestly do like studying..." He paused and added, "Stuff I like, anyway. And I prefer going out after dark. The sun is too bright." He looked out the window. "It's nice, but bright. That's why I like the moon and stars. Enough light to see by, but not so much that you can't look up and admire them."

Enelya bursted down laughing, almost falling out of her bush-chair. "You underestimate me my friend." she said as the bush shrunk, almost back into the floor, and then back up again, she winked.

"Oh, I'm doing alright. Just enjoying myself, my tea, and my reading material. I honestly do like studying..."

Enelya raised her own eyebrow. "What kind of tea? I bet you I can make you better tea than that rubbish you bought here."

She nodded, "Then I propose we go out to the lake, like you promised me yesterday, and go see some stars."

"I should have known... should have known." He laughed with her. "It really is interesting you can pop stuff up out of nowhere." He glanced down at where the floor met the bush.

"Enelya raised her own eyebrow. "What kind of tea? I bet you I can make you better tea than that rubbish you bought here."

"Just some normal, black tea. I also drink Irish Breakfast from time to time. But this..." he picked his glass up off the floor, "I have a specific way I heat the teabags that makes it come out just the way I like it. I keep a jug of it in my room."

She nodded, "Then I propose we go out to the lake, like you promised me yesterday, and go see some stars."

He nodded. "Definately."

"It really is interesting you can pop stuff up out of nowhere."

Enelya blushed, and smile radiantly.

"I have a specific way I heat the teabags that makes it come out just the way I like it. I keep a jug of it in my room."

Enelya smirked and raised an eyebrow, "do you now... well, I'll be having to try some of that tea sometime." curious, at what kind of a tea cook Kotah was. After all, it was her favorite drink, with apparent reason.

He nodded. "Definately."

She looked into his gorgeous purple eyes, and couldn't grasp the fact that others didn't take in their beauty as much as she did. "What time do you think that's going be? Like 7ish or something?"

She kept looking at him while she played with her long, light blue hair. She had braided it this morning, intertwining daisies in the loops. Still, with her flower headband.

He handed her his glass. "Go ahead. I can always get more. I apologize if it's too thin for you, but that's how I like it."

"That sounds about right." He said with a smile. "By the way, I really like what you did with your hair today. Looks really nice." He was about ready to slap himself. He knows how bad he is at complimenting people... with words, atleast.

Attempting a quick subject change, he said, "Hey, um... have you seen my pencil around? I forgot where I put it." He pretended to look around his chair and under his legs, hoping she'd glance at the sketchpad.

Enelya took it, curiously, "What's in it?" she asked, slowly sipping, testing it out. She liked it, but wanted to play with him first.

"By the way, I really like what you did with your hair today. Looks really nice."

She blushed, looking away and grinning. "Thank you." The flowers got a little bigger, they usually did that when she was really happy, or blushing, but this time, it was both.

"Hey, um... have you seen my pencil around? I forgot where I put it."

She looked around curiously...then found what she thought was a pencil, but was only a very realistic drawing.

"Here!... oh?" she tried to grab at it but it was just a piece of paper. She looked at it curiously. "Now what kind of trick are you trying to play on me here?" she laughed, picking up the sketchbook. "Would you show me your work?" She grinned, jestering him to come and give explainations to them all. She was very interested.
