He smiled weakly and stumbled into his room. Despite his exhausted state the room was clean--almost clinically so. It felt lived-in in the sense that there were posters and decorations on the walls, as well as a book open on the desk and a hamper of clothes that needed to be washed, but beyond that it felt barren.

Wei threw himself on the bed, where his blanket was so neatly tucked he couldn't so much get under the covers as vaguely slide himself into it, like a letter being slipped into an envelope.
