Kazerou Sumeragi

The entirety of Kazerou's existence isn't one with a sudden tragedy, in fact while it wasn't the best life he can admit to once being loved. Even though she never planned on him or even his little sister, Kazerou's mother was a scientist working on the extraction of an alien element from a meteorite, while successful she found this meteor was capable of producing a near endless supply of it. While it was in a gas form at all times it was observed that organic life absorbed it and with enough of it the organic life or even plant life would mutate. Whilst this gas was never tested on humans at this time it showed animals and plants would mutate into monsters, a possible evolution the gas gave them, a simple rat known as Curie was the only animal to go through this change and be kept alive for study. It was observed that Curie was actually hyper intelligent and upon hearing about this a military Research Department had more or less confiscated every ounce of work this woman had done...including her.

Moved to an underground facility somewhere in Japan she was told her research was going to help people but instead what she had helped create were early stages for a super soldier program and she was a candidate to be one of the mothers of the first generation of these soldiers, literally. His Father was more or less picked from a list to give him the best genes possible but Kazerou was born a frail child and this angered his Father and pretty much everyone in the higher ups. As the years went by however it wasn't that he was frail but more he was jut naturally nimble and agile, while he lacked any innate strength he made up for it with his quick thinking and quick actions, in sparring matches with the other children he often won by exhausting his opponent or acting too quick for them to react. He had his fair share of losses though and he had scars to prove it. Despite the living conditions, Kazerou had his family's love, and despite his rather militaristic nature, his father was part of that family along with a younger sister Ushio.

Then the experiments came, ripe age of 14 apparently was the age for being subjected to immense amounts of this stored gas. Due to it's origins it was named Nebula Gas and effects on humans were rather mixed, some of the kids in the room witnessed sudden changes, others didn't change at all, for Kazerou he found himself healing from wounds faster and his strength and speed enhanced, due to the wide array of effects people experienced this first generation of super soldiers were split into separate groups, these groups often competed with each other and Kazerou's group was rather small due to more subtle mutation. Soon however it was found the meteor was storing something...the chunk of rock itself not producing the gas but inside...a cube made of some sort of metal. When released from it's prison the cube stopped producing gas but eventually it was found out that exposing it to electrical currents made it produce more.

The Transformation Project started and Kazerou's group were the ones selected for it, maybe they could handle more harsh conditions? Maybe it was all just the cruel machinations of men wanting to make their country one to be feared. But out of it came the Build Drivers, Full bottles and the Hazard Trigger. While the Build Drivers were simply called such as they built a suit of armor around the person using the full bottles, the Hazard Trigger was meant to make these soldiers excel with their chosen arsenal of bottles. Because these bottles were actually rather easy to make it was no problem to have several people share use of a singular type of Full bottle, they came in two varieties, Organic and Inorganic. Inorganic bottles were more rare due to how they worked compared to organic bottles, simply taking a sample of an animal, exposing it to a bottle filled with gas and letting the sample and gas simply ferment, inorganic bottles actually needed the gas to be absorbed by the object then extracted.

Kazerou used Rabbit and Wolf Originally making him a skilled tracker and scout, his best friend Kiryu had taken to using Dragon and Lock which was a matching combination making him stand on top of the project, Kazerou coming in as second. He didn't care though, Kazerou had started to want something else, freedom and that chance seemed very unlikely. The Hazard Trigger testing was mainly done on Kiryu though Kazerou was also tested using it, it allowed the user to enhance their forms and Kazerou seemed to be the only person able to get it working causing Kiryu to see his best friend as more of a rival now. A year passed on on his 15th birthday it was announced that the Transformation Project would enter it's next phase, by now progress slowed, a lot of the soldiers and staff had left leaving only the kids a few guards and a small research team. Perhaps it was to cut costs? No it was a more grim picture, the entire project, the gas, the cube now dubbed as Pandoras Box were going to be erased. One night the guards started gathering the kids and scientists and started guarding the small bunker they were relocated to, being the clever boy he was, Kazerou had more or less memorized the entire facility and with no guards on the inside of the Bunker Kiryu and Kazerou hatched a plan to grab their gear and come straight back.

Travelling through the vents Kazerou had managed to sneak into the storage area, grabbing his bottles, Kiryus and their drivers as well as the Trigger. Kiryu had started scouting out the surrounding areas, there were talks of an attack on them. Then the entire facility shook, a missile had hit and the vents back had caved in. Kiryu had become cut off from Kazerou but they had a plan for this anyway, meet at the cafeteria. They met up and unfortunately for them the cafeteria was the closest to the surface and bursting in were armed soldiers, pointing their guns at them, Drivers on, bottles inserted and when the men opened fire the transformation sequence had more or less protected them causing the bullets to ricochet and for two teenagers to render the men unconscious for a good few hours.

Making their way up they saw that this was a cover up operation, the bunker was being broken into. Kazerou had grabbed a pistol before hand and was running across the base, one thing on his mind, saving his little sister and then his family. Kiryu had run after him, shouting for him not to rush ahead and then a sniper bullet shot past Kazerou's head and collided with Kiryu's Lock Bottle, causing it to shatter and his driver to start shorting out causing the armor to dissolve. Kazerou turned and started firing the clip at the sniper, emptying the gun but hitting the sniper. Kiryu was defenseless and Kazerou more or less covered for him, taking down soldiers that spotted them and taking a few shots that only dented his armor. The Hazard Trigger wasn't being used but...Kazerou didn't want to use it, he knew it would make him stronger but would the story of a monster slaughtering soldiers really be the best thing? It wouldn't,

Getting to the bunker they found they were just in time, the soldiers breached the door but were met with Kazerou flinging one into the wall and then mercilessly beating the rest, Kiryu rushed in to try and get everyone to back away from the door only for a hand to rest on Kazeoru's shoulder, a rather sinister but charismatic voice greeting him and a man in armor similar to his had turned him and punched him in the gut and introduced himself as Blood Stark. He tossed Kazerou to the side with an automatic weapon had started opening fire laughing maniacally.

Having been spared he woke up later to Kiryu groaning, he stood and quickly rushed to his side, in his hand was the Dragon Bottle, he begged Kazerou to just live on for him. He watched his friend die infront of him and tried to find Ushio, he wasn't able to. He ran out to find the entire base in flames and he ran into the forest hoping Ushio and their parents were alright but as he came to a clearing he saw their bodies, his mother and father had tried to shield Ushio but because he just saw her laying there with them...he thought that they had failed. He collapsed to his knees, and only felt his grief and rage consume him. He was simply idle for the moment, a group had found him and he was gripping the Hazard Trigger Tightly, taking the wolf bottle out of the driver and inserting the dragon bottle and activating the trigge his breathing had started to grow heavy as he started the form change sequence he stood as what looked like a tomb has encased him only to open up revealing the black armored warrior, Rabbit and Dragon. A rage filled and blood thirty roar came from Kazerou as he rushed the soldiers and screams filled the forest.

Years passed, Kazerou vowed to expose the project and what was done to keep it hidden. Finding temporary housing with an old chef he had picked up the trade in cooking but only to see his mentor succumb to old age. He started to wander and try to find who he was only to find his Family Name had come from an island, apparently a heritage awaited him only to find he was the last one. Getting to Manta Carlos was rather difficult as he more or less had to endure harsh weather and boats that kept sinking but eventually he arrived and upon stating his name a police man arrested him and a lawyer has come in with a will from his grand parents which stated if any descendant of theirs were to show up and pass a DNA test their estate and fortune was theirs. The DNA test proved his relation and while the estate was small, the fortune was more than modest, Kazeoru decided to make a life here...for now.
