He will be gaining an upgrade to his "Water Production" active ability:

Additionally he can also summon clouds to produce up to a moderately steady rainfall within a 20' radius of himself for up to an hour. He can only use this part of the ability once every 24 hours. The clouds can be shaped and moved within that radius as long as the ability is active. Strangely the water is always warm.
