Core Ability: Strong hypnosis. She just needs to make eye contact and turn it on to put her victim in trance, relaxing them. Things she can do to tranced victims include: suppressing their memories of what happens in trance, issuing commands during the trance, implanting triggers or suggestions (takes multiple sessions)
Bonus: Wealth, possibly. Otherwise, something to help her break into her own properties more easily

History:

• Chloe's father (placeholder name: mikh) was a wish-granting demon lord. He makes a rare deal with Chloe's mother - in exchange for a wish, he wants an heir.
• He's almost entirely absent from Chloe's early life. She's raised like a human. Her mother's husband is a father figure to her and was very supportive of her transition
• One day when she comes home from high school, her parents have entirely forgotten who she his. This is when Mikh comes to collect her and take over her upbringing.
• Mikh showers her with gifts and privileges and intermittently love-bombs her while grooming her to become his lieutenant in hell. She learns how to scam humans out of their souls, command demonic legions, etc.
• Spends chunks of her twenties conning humans out of souls. She hates it, but she'll be punished for failing to do it. It is during this time in her life that she meets Malara and starts to form a relationship with her.
• Between the way Mikh's been using and abusing her, the way she's been isolated from family and friends, and her distaste for the whole human-soul-harvesting thing, she hatches a plot to oust him and take over his realm in hell. This succeeds.
• at some point she has one or more children with malara or some other character, tbd how the family tree works, i gotta discuss with kada and pallas
• Establishing a life on earth and a household in <setting> was her idea - she wanted Amber and Dalia to have the kinds of opportunities in life that she didn't.

SECTION SIX: History
Date of Birth: March 20, 2014 (Celebrated on the Spring Equinox each year)
Place of Birth: A secret laboratory in an undisclosed location.
History: Ganymede was created by a secretive organization known as the NEK0 group. He was commissioned by a wealthy, unscrupulous warlock named Ture Lind.

Ture was a demanding master, and Ganymede's life with him was especially difficult at first. However, despite their rocky start, the two began to develop a mutual respect and affection for each other. Ture fostered Ganymede's inquisitive nature in ways he found acceptable, home-schooling him in Polaris Pass for his entire life.

Ture is a former president of the Polaris Pass NEK0 Owners' Association. Ganymede has often been held up as an example of a well-behaved and well-trained NEK0.
