Her thin blonde hair is always kept up in two pigtails.

Green String of Justice: Justitia is capable of sprouting strings of green thread from her palms. Whenever she senses that someone has committed a wrong using Sense of Justice, she may pull out a piece of string, whisper their name three times, and then cut the string. When she does this, the person targeted will undergo excruciating pain throughout their body for a total of 20 seconds, according to whatever kind of pain they fear most. Justitia can only cut 1 string every half an hour, and cannot cut a string for the same person more than twice in a day. She may only punish someone with the string if they are within 20 feet of her. Both her green and red strings are invisible to normal humans.
Red String of Wrath: Justitia may also sprout strings of red thread from her shoulderblade area. These strings are razor sharp to the touch, will burn mortal skin on contact, can be manipulated with her will as an offensive weapon. They cannot be cut or otherwise destroyed by anything aside from holy fire (fire generated by another god). Burning the string will throw Justitia into excruciating pain, and completely destroying the string would kill her. She may only generate up to 3 yards of string at a time from each shoulderblade.

Sense of Justice: Justitia possesses an ability that allows her to sense when anyone within 20 feet of her has committed a wrong within the past 24 hours. She cannot tell the specifics of what they've done wrong, only the severity of the wrongdoing.
Godly Whispers: Justitia is capable of hearing the voices of the gods that preside over her home city echoing in her head. This occurs spontaneously, but most often happens when she is in need of advice. She cannot respond to what she hears the gods say, only listen.
Immortality: Justitia's body is immortal. It does not age, and can only be killed by another god or another immortal. Mortals may wound her in any way, but she will always heal from said wound no matter how severe it is. It would take her approximately 40 minutes to recover from being cut in half.

Biography:
- In an average sized city on our Earth ruled by a series of gods who resided in their own heavenly realm, the god of justice was killed by a group of demigods who wanted to punish her for her cruelty against the humans she ruled over. However, she swore that she would come back before dying, and that she would do so from amongst the humans.
- Thus, at the exact moment she faded from existence, Justitia was born, and the god's essence was transferred to her body. She was born the daughter of a prostitute who felt too guilty to abort her baby, but had no money to care for the child. She dropped Justitia off at the door of an orphanage when she was only a newborn, with a note containing only the baby's name.
- As a child Justitia was very sweet and friendly, making friends very easily. However, she had an extremely strong sense of right and wrong for someone her age, and was constantly butting into fights, arguments and disagreements in order to make things fair.
- At age 10 Justitia's abilities began acting up. She started hearing the voices of the gods (albeit she didn't know that was what they were) echoing in her head, and strands of green and red thread started appearing wherever she went. She felt her personal sense of right and wrong had increased so much that she could tell when those close to her had committed wrongs, and it caused an extreme bitterness and wrath against wrongdoers such as bullies to well up within her.
- Bullying at the orphanage Justitia lived at was extremely common, and it got worse as she grew older. As she grew more curious about these strange threads that followed her around, one day she witnessed a boy threatening to beat another up, and instinctively knew what to do - she searched for one of the green threads and a pair of scissors, whispered the boy's name three times, and cut the string.
- Like magic, the boy instantly fell to the ground screaming and writhing in pain. People came running and he was rushed to the nurse, but appeared perfectly healthy after the 20 seconds were over. Justitia was thrilled - she had enacted what she felt was justice against a wrongdoer, and it was exhilarating. Being very careful to hide her actions, Justitia began to repeat this process whenever she found people committing obvious wrongs.
- The more people collapsed in pain, the more worried the people at the orphanage became, and some whispered that the place was cursed. Only Justitia knew the truth, though. She gradually discovered that the green thread came from her palms and the red from her shoulderblades, and that the red could be manipulated with her mind. In secret she continued to practice developing her abilities, and at age 18 when she finally achieved mastery, something changed. The heavens recognized that she had truly become the god of justice and of wrath, and granted Justitia an immortal and four-eyed form.
- Immediately Justitia felt as if she had reached her true potential, and began making plans to reveal herself to the others and take the whole orphanage hostage. However, before she could do this, the gods were alerted to the fact that a new godly creature had appeared amongst the humans. The god of memories was sent to retrieve her, bring her to the heavenly realm, and wipe her existence from the minds of everyone in the orphanage.
- Now that Justitia was in the heavenly realm, the gods were confused as to what to do with her. She was too volatile and sadistic to be trusted amongst the humans, but too young and unexperienced to be allowd to join the gods in their rule over the city. As such, it was decided that Justitia would be sent to Manta Carlos. Here she would be surrounded by people who matched her in magical ability, and would thus be able to control her. As such, a god took up a humanoid form and helped enroll her in the academy, and she lives there now.
