Simon ran down the path to the lake, stripping off is shirt as he did so. He ran up to the water's edge, and immidiatly dove in. He stayed under for a few second, and thn his head broke the surface. He shook his hair, and looked around. There weren't many people there. How boring. He thought to himself. He floated onto his back and swam around aimlessly.

Beatrice walked swiftly to the lake. It was a really hot day and she just wanted to go swimming. She pulled of her tee-shirt and untied the skirt that came with her swim suit. She noticed a boy she'd seen around before...What was his anme again? SImon? yeah that's it.

Simon looked up from the water, adn saw a girl. She looks kind of familiar. I think her name is....nope don't remember. 'Hey!' He said, swimming over to her. 'I'm sorry but I don't remember your name. I'm not very good woth name.' He laughed and di a small somersault underwater.

"It's Beatrice," she said as she kicked off her trusty sneaks. She knew they looked weird when matched with her bathing suit when she was walking here, but she loved them. They were dirty and had some dried mud on them..Which showed they were loved. "You Simon..right?"

'Yep.' he backstroked in a cirlcle, then used is levitation to float a half inch above the water. 'So, anything interesting happen for you today?'

Beatrice thought for a moment then said,"No...Not much......" beatrice was kinda shy with new people so she was hesitating and trying to sound smooth like she wasn't shy. "You?"

'Nope! Of course not.Nothing interesting can happen at this school. I mean, it's school. That's what it's for.' He sighed, and lowered himslef back into the water.

Beatrice laughed and let her hair loose as she alwys did b4 a swim and jumped in too.
At first she shivered but when she ducked under water she became used to it.
"So how old are you? I'm 13. i turn 14 November 12."

Simon's smile widened, 'I'm 17. 18 in April, but that's not for a while.' He laughed again, and did another somersault. 'I don't exactly act my age, I know.'

beatrice laughed a little. "Believe me, once people get to know me I don't exactly act my age either. more like a 4rth gr boy. If u asked my friends to describe me in one word they'd say 'crazy'."
