Just getting comfortable

Iruga had arrived really late last night and so there had been nothing to do except going to bed and find his way in the morning to all the places he should memorize if he wanted to survive in the school. As he opened up the cafeteria's door he stopped looking around trying to adjust himself to the fact that he was going to be back in school after almost six years of not doing so. It was going to be hard for him to adjust to the rythm of life that a student had.

Hearing voices behind him complaining about him stopping everyone he moved and went in the search of an empty table. After a while he found it and sat, trying to figure out how everything worked out in the school. He sighed softly and shook his head lightly. He had no idea of what to do. After all he had left school at the age of ten years old, and he had spent the next seven trying to survive and learn how to use his biomechanical implant and how to use his powers without killing someone.

Closing his left fist Iruga looked up. He had survived to many problems in the streets, he wasnt going to let a school broke him down, even if that meant swallowing his pride. He stood up and looked around trying to find someone that were alone. Finding such student he headed in his direction and once he was close he stopped. "Excuse me...I was wondering if you could help me out a little bit?" he asked simply.

It was rare that he'd be out here, eating of all things, so casually. But, he guessed, if he was to be casual and normal, that he'd eat something in the cafeteria. Nevertheless, he was in a foul mood overall. (Mostly over his older brother, Akane, who just recently ticked him off.)

The fourteen-year-old messed around with his macaroni and cheese, stabbing it with his spoon, and imagining it was the idiot of the brother he had. He made a face, and readjusted his cap when he heard a voice behind him.

He looked over his shoulder and stared at the voice's owner, even though it was rude. Mostly because, well, normally people'd not come towards him, since today had been (really) rotten. This teenager was probably new here since he needed help of some sort. (Sometimes, Kiiroi liked to kill himself for being so examining.)

Ah wells, he'd have to deal. "Help you with what?" he asked.

Iruga looked at the boy simply, returning the glare and not looking away. It was really hard for him to ask for help, he thought of it as a sign of weakness but he had no choice at the moment. It was best to ask for help instead of doing something that ended up in a battle with someone; which seemed to happen every time he decided to do something without help. Casually he pocketed his hands and looked around before returning his eyes on the boy. "Im new around and I honestly have no idea of where is everything" he stated slowly. "So, I was wondering if you could tell me where the main things are, or tell me who can help me out with that" he continued swallowing his pride.

The boy was younger than him and yet he had already a high position over him. He had the information and Iruga needed it. If the boy wanted he could refuse to share it, and Iruga wouldnt have any other choice than walk away and find some one else to help him out. But he would rather not doing that as it had been hard to ask for help once, he wasnt sure if he would do it if he was forced to ask it a second time to someone else.

He was right; this person was new, and needed to know where everything was.

"Alright," Kiiroi started, "Well, this is the cafeteria, this is where you eat, and if you can find this place, then it's not hard to find everything else. There's a building for the dorms, you can just sidle in, or as one of the more emptier rooms for space. That or go the the headmistress and ask for your own dorm, but then usually, you'd have to share."

He waved a hand around, and continued, "Classes are on the first floor and classes on the second floor are there generally to teach or help you with powers." He thought to himself, 'as if I needed to...' "The gym, hospital wing, and library are also on the first floor. A ballroom is also on the first floor, but it's only used for major events, such as dances and the sort. The third floor is off-limits but normally no one listens, so if you need quiet thinking time, you can go there."

He took a breath. "Well, that's generally the school, but there are places outside the buildings, such as a forest and lake, but I normally don't go there."

Iruga nodded listening carefully to his words to memorize everything, or at least most of it, the important things. "I see..." he said. His blue eyes went to the people waiting for the food and then to the rest of the students that were all over the cafeteria talking and eating. Finally his stare returned to the boy in front of him. "Thank you" he said after a while. It had been a long time since someone helped him out without wanting anything from him. It felt good and different.

Now is just getting used to school and classes...

The teenager shook his head lightly and ran a hand trough his hair before pocketing his hand again. However during the process his metalic arm could be seen clearly. However he didnt noticed as he was so used to the fact of having it.

And as being so attentive and curious, Kiiroi spotted the shiningness of an arm, then noticing that arms weren't supposed to be shining. With a small grab, he had his left hand on his and pulled it towards him. It took him a while to see that he had just did that without saying anything, and that if he had it hidden, he should've respected it.

"Apologies, I lost myself there," he said, dropping his hand awkwardly to his side. "I... Well, what happened there?" he wondered, outloud, hoping that he'd answer it.

Iruga looked at the boy as he moved his hand to his arm. Realizing what it was he sighed. He knew sooner or later people would know about his injury. Only he had hoped it to be later rather than sooner, but that hope was dead. "I had an accident and lost the arm" he explained as simply as possible. Rolling his sleeve up he showed him the metalic arm. Despite the fact that he regreted the lost of his arm, he really liked having the implant. It helped him a lot as it could carry things that he normally couldnt, could hit things harder and he could shoot beams of energy thing he hadnt been able to do before. After some seconds of showing the arm though he rolled the sleeve down to cover the shinning metal.

"Oh, then I shouldn't have intruded," Kiiroi said simply. For the matter, he actually had some sort of accident himself, only he didn't recieve help... and only kept it to himself. But he could only guess what happened to the older male. "I have saw nothing, and I have heard nothing," he commented, as if to voice a promise to not tell.

"So, for an introduction, my name is Kiiroi," he told him.

Iruga nodded simply. He appreciated the fact that he would keep the secret to himself. Besides it was a warning that he should be more careful from now on if he wanted to keep in secret his arm. "The name is Iruga" he said simply as he offered him his right hand to shake. "Is nice to meet you Kiiroi" he added in the same emotionless tone of voice.

"Mind if I join you to eat?" he asked then, not knowing if he wanted Kiiroi said yes or no. He wasnt used to socialize. He hadnt been forced to socialize in a long time. Seven years to be precise. And the only time he had been forced to socialize had been in the hospital where they took care of his arm.

"The same for you," he said, getting back into a casual mood. Instead of accepting his hand, he only waves with his left, and nodded in acceptance. Anyone who was watching would've found it odd that he didn't accept a handshake, but wells. He didn't care.

What he did find strange about this teenager was that he didn't know that you didn't have to ask to sit with him. Or he just found strange with anything, and he wasn't set into any mood at this point, so it was hard to "be in character."
