Judas sighed, mirroring her aspirations in his mind, then smiling sadly as he turned away, splashing in the water slowly.
"Pity Time is always around. Cruel mistress she is."

Mimosa had to look away, and shift slightly over. She liked Judas a lot, as a friend, but ... there was something about him. that was ... different.

Judas sighed, smiling to himself as he slowly floated to the surface, floating around the lake on his back and looking up at the sky with tired almost dead eyes.

Mimosa watched as the sun slowly descended from the sky. A breeze swept through, then, and she shuddered a little.

"Cold? You ought to get out of the water, unless you catch something. It'd be a pity on such a beautiful day..."
He peered around for a few seconds, then lazily dove deeper into the water.

"No, no, I'm fine. It was just a breeze. I'll be okay." She had absolutely no intention of leaving this place until it got dark.

She began to swim slowly around.

She stopped abruptly, and turned to Judas. "What are you thinking?" she asked randomly.

Judas smiled, floating about.
"What am I thinking? Nothing really. Absolutely nothing. Amazing that such a place can empty my mind. I wonder where all those horribly amusing thoughts of mine went."
